"Sink did not drain properly and then leaked all over floor when it did. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Shower did not work. Noisy most of the night from the dogs next door. Did not feel safe with the 3 men hanging around upon arrival; thankfully it was still light when we got there. Last time we will use Motel 6 anywhere. "

"This should be 1 star motel : old, dirty and the bed; mattress on metal box very uncomfortable. Cigarette smells eventhough it says NO smoking! The false advertisement. There is No breakfast. Not even a dry cereal. The front Desk clerk talking about COVID."

"I lived in Gainesville for 30 years. It was exciting to come home and see this beautiful hotel so conveniently located in the middle of downtown with access to restaurants and shopping! This is exactly where you want to be. The rooms are clean, large, well appointed, and quiet."

"Nicole was very responsive. The cottage is a very nice space to hang out and is beautifully decorated. There’s a picnic table close to the house and the waterfront is so close. We had gorgeous sunsets."
