"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with an especially cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Anna at the reception desk, who handled every question and request with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. The dinner was absolutely outstanding — truly Michelin-level cuisine, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Breakfast was also excellent, rich, fresh, and offering a wide variety of high-quality options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great hospitality, and exceptional food."

"What a nice hotel! Staff were welcoming, efficient, professional and very nice. The room was great - very comfortable bed, modern. The nicely finished bathroom doesn't have a 'separate' shower so when you shower, the floor gets wet. Great location and the free parking was much appreciated. Thanks!"

"Hotel has real potential but food was mediocre and many staff were disinterested. Our room wasn’t serviced; when we told reception when we got back late afternoon, he said that there was nothing he could do about it. Views are amazing and shower was excellent."

"We used public parking below the fortress as I knew from a past visit that the available parking is limited and challenging to access (I’m not a super confident driver and the streets are quite narrow)"

"Everything was new or recently renovated. For me it had excellent room furniture display to make the space quite confortable and with a lot of space to have everything organized and tidy. The only things I think they can improve are that they didn't have bathroom mat, the tea pot was not previously cleaned and the heat in the room was TOO high and there was no way to cool it even with the heater turn off."
