"Okay walking distance from the train station, but check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside. "Very very clean and modern hotel. Like a museum. We were told there is a street separate the two building and we are aware. It could be too hot to walk across for some, though we were offered shuttle bus one time, never seen it again when we want to use it. Pool tile are missing and could be a safety issue. Kids car ride and game room hour is limited. Online communication is straightly in English, and could be difficult for some. Asked for special sized bath rope but wasn’t offered."
