"The only issue I had with it was the location of the place, the place was fantastic in every way but the location is a bit less preferred due to the atmosphere of the area."

"We were within about 10 blocks of Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden - this meant the only time we actually needed to ride the bus was to and from Kanazawa Station, only 3 stops away. The rest was completely walkable with kids. The apartment was located in Kinboro- well known for the several hundred year old Samurai residences. We were within a few hundred meters of excellent dining options. One of those was Izumino, whose amazing owners stuffed us with sashimi and crab cakes and spoiled...

"The location was excellent, but our experience with the host left much to be desired. Communication was slow, and when we did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful. The door lock was broken, and we were unable to use the code to lock or unlock the door throughout our entire two day stay. Additionally, we didn’t receive check in instructions until nearly two hours after our scheduled check in time and this was only do the fact we reached out to VRBO virtual agent since we did not get a response...

"Highly recommend Intergate Kanazawa! It is located within walking distance to Omicho Market and near bus stops that bring you to tourist attractions in Kanazawa. The staff are warm and hospitable, the breakfast selection is amazing and we especially loved the snacks and coffee provided throughout the day including Happy Hour cocktails and Late night ochazuke. The onsen within the hotel was especially appreciated since it was winter. The onsen facilities are clean and modern, and the hotel provides tattoo stickers for anyone who needs it. The rooms are spacious and clean! Would definitely stay at Intergate Kanazawa if I visit Kanazawa again!"
"Staff were always very nice and hospitable. Housekeeping was flawless consistently, perfect location walking distance for main attractions and convenient bus stops very nearby."
"Best hotel hands down I’ve stayed in Japan. From
Now on, my hotel to go. Room spacious, elegant, amazing bed and super comfy. Great pillows. Beautiful and spacious bathroom. Staff was amazing, great amenities around. In front of station but no noise at all. Just perfect stay. "
"For a solo traveller it was a great stay. Loved having a washer dryer to catch up on my laundry.
Located within walking distance to prime tourist destinations.
Deep tub was very clean and perfect to soak in after long day walking in snow and cold.
English friendly staff."
"Clean and spacious room & bathroom, loved the high tech shower, LG styler was a highlight! Foot massager was awesome, the two king beds were great. Very comfortable stay. Loved the breakfast buffet - delicious and so much variety. Coffee machine during the day was great! Such a great stay! "
"Next to the station and shopping areas. I was at the 13th floor for that price. The view was amazing. The hotel room and bathroom are clean. I had very nice sleep and rest at night after exploring during the day."
