Fantastic location for site seeing and local atmosphere, hotel was very clearn and services were excellent. Breakfast was amazing and staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and convenient, worth the additional cost.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent! Parking was a bit tight, but manageable. The staff was efficient and professional, although not particularly warm or friendly. Our biggest complaint was the noise level in our room due to its proximity to the courtyard. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to enjoy the peace and quiet we would have preferred. Despite these minor drawbacks, it was a pleasant experience, We would consider staying again, but would definitely request a room away from the courtyard!

Had a great stay at the Best Western Plus. The late check-in option was incredibly convenient and made our arrival stress-free. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was ultra smooth and efficient. They made great recommendations regarding nearby attractions and provided a discount card that could be used toward attractions and local transit. The hotel is also in a great location, just a short walk from Füssen city square, which made it easy to explore the town. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the firmness of the beds — they made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Be aware of the smiling staff and the refund policy/ Take very good care while making a reservation - it might get you w/o noticing it to accessible rooms - which I reached by mistake. And no one wanted neither hear or listen- and got no refund. And EXPEDIA that "helped" me get my reservation were of no help/ That is about my experience with the administration of the hotel/ We had also problem with hot water in the room - we had cold shower and no hot water from the reception. Breakfast was good. Location not great -out of the old city. Think about your future reservation.

I came to Fussen and stayed at the Best Western to start my business trip in Germany. The location helped to have access to the Castle for a fun activity between work. The staff was good and i really liked the consierge Jorg. I was bit flustered when I drove my rental to the property on a pouring dow rain Sunday fresh off the Autobahn. He helped me get situated and I was able to charge the lame hybrid vehicle that I rented. The other staff members were good too, with the exception for some ice cold blonde gal, The breakfast buffet was excellent and was well priced for what you got. It was a good location as well-only being a ten minute drive from the castle,
