Recently renovated to the owners high standards, this is a delightful, stylish cottage is perfect for discovering the Cote d'Or and Burgundy.

'La Petite Maison' offers two stylish bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area, accommodating 4 people in comfort. Bedroom one has a large double bed (160x200) located upstairs from the living area with its own en-suite shower room. Outstanding views lead across the valley from the Velux window. Bedroom two is down a few steps from the living area, configured with two single beds (90 x 200) and has a shower room opposite for the occupants of this room to use. An enormous picture window in this bedroom looks onto the garden and the view beyond. Both bedrooms have ample storage for all of your belongings. The light bright living area is an open plan, well thought out space with fully fitted, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) dining and lounge area that open out onto a beautiful mature garden with meandering footpaths leading to hidden corners. Two further picture windows in the living room allow the garden indoors with lovely views. Children will love to play hide and seek in this enchanted garden and adults will love to relax on the sunny terrace with a stone table and benches, or the shady alfresco dining area undercover offering protection from the sunshine or the odd rain shower. All areas enjoy the wonderful green view across the valley. A quiet and private location to enjoy the peaceful setting. There is space for two cars to be parked off road.

For our younger guests we can provide a cot (positioned in either of the bedrooms) or a fold away bed for an extra child (80x200). There is also a high chair, stair gate, changing mat, toys, books, DVD's at no extra cost. There is a microwave to make baby food preparation easy, plastic plates and cups along with child sized cutlery. A baby's bath can be easily positioned in the larger downstairs shower room. There is also a washing machine.

To complete your stay, we offer home cooked food that can be delivered to you along with the possibility to deliver daily baked bread and pastries.
