"There is no a/c. We double checked the listing and it says a/c - but that is not accurate. It cools down overnight with the lower temps, but quickly heats up during the warmer days and you have to keep the shutters closed to keep it cool. Furniture - oh my. Way too large and clunky and shrinks the space. And the white couch (just get rid of it) that is so old it sheds the fake leather. "What a wonderful place!! Sam was there to welcome us and with a large, multiage family we were never short of things to do. The movie room kept the teenagers happily gaming away and the pool kept the little ones cool. We enjoyed meals on the patio and a well stocked kitchen with excellent air conditioning in every room. The decoration is still work in progress but this did not detract from our great trip! Thanks Samuel"
