"Upon arriving in a rainstorm Google Maps led us to an affiliated garage next to the hotel. There were signs to get to the lobby, but the stairway was chained off. After calling reception I was guided to the hotel basement but not without exposure to the rain. From the basement it was difficult to find the elevator. Signage throughout this process was misleading and inadequate....Also misleading were the hidden costs: parking $20/day; no complimentary breakfast items - we grabbed some coffee, 2 pastries, and 2 fruits for a cost of $37.50. "

My niece had a spa treatment that she said was heavenly. We spent time at the Armory Lounge, and the bartender was as friendly as everyone else. We would definitely stay at the Regency again!"
