"Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The breakfast was a plus! Fresh fruit, and a gluten-free muffin for me my husband had sausages and French toast and fruit, which was very good! The parking was safe and convenient! We would stay there again. "

"We loved this little hotel. The linens and towels were plush. The room was quite spacious. I had spa services which were booked last minute and were excellent. My husband climbed Mount Washington- pro level mountaineers only- the crazy weather is a thing. The free breakfasts were indeed free and a proper made-to-order meal not some stale muffin. We made friends in the hot tub and the pool is heated enough for year round use. It wasn’t fancy- but it was exceptional in its own right. We’ll be back."

"Perfect place to stay in No Conway. In town for a mid-week charity event. The staff was great. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast & other amenities were exactly what I need to make my stay enjoyable. I'll be back."

"I cannot say enough about the staff. Judy and Kristen in the breakfast area were great! They made sure the breakfast items were always available and were very pleasant and friendly. Shawn on 2nd shift was great. He went out of his way to be helpful and was very kind and personable. Hotel was under renovations while we were there but we were never inconvenienced. We booked a suite and it was newly redone and beautiful. The cleaning staff did a great job as well. We will definitely return."

"They do not have an actual indoor pool that you can swim in, only for the slides. The trash cans are infested with ants we have a video that proves that. The staff in the pool area for the most part is very argumentative, they advertise Spa but they don't notify customers when it's out for weeks. Overall would not go back."

"This is my second time staying here, it’s perfect when doing the Kancamagus and North Conway. Rooms are large and very comfortable, very clean. I can thoroughly recommend this property. I will book here again."
