Enjoyable Stay

Our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and responsive. The only thing that disappointed me was that our room wasn't cleaned / bed not made on Saturday. The shower had really good pressure. I will definitely stay again!

THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST ME AND MY ELDERLY MOTHER. SO COURTIOUS, THOUGHTFUL AND KIND. OUR ACCOMIDATIONS WERE GREAT. THE PROPERTY AROUND THE HOTEL COULD HAVE USED A LITTLE TLC, BUT OVER ALL OUR STAY WAS QUITE GOOD.

We booked the hotel because there was nothing else available in the Bryan/ College Station area. It is about 40 miles away from there. Franklin is a small Texas town and you will have to drive to Bryan to find a place to eat lunch or dinner. The hotel overall was nice and fit our needs for the night.

Just okay stay, bathroom sink was clogged for both nights. Notified drink desk and it appeared someone came to fix it because the sink was dirty when I returned for the evening, but once I used it again it stayed full of water

Everything was broken or out... ice maker, hot tub, biscuits in the morning, there was a cold front but the A/C wouldn't cool the room sufficiently, and lastly, the toilet clogged up without using toilet paper... and staff wouldn't fix it before we left so we had to go from second floor to first floor bathroom... horrible maint on this hotel...

The pool was very clean and the check in was fair. The young ladies in the front were nice. The hotel just needs to be updated severely. The walls were peeling, the carpet was discolored and breakfast just didn’t exist.

Breakfast was fair. Beds were good and the room was big. When we got there, the room was suffocating hot, and we had to wait for the air to cool it down. There were make -up stains on the sheets and the TV was hooked up wrong. Also the pool was closed, and we're reserved the room partly for the pool after a long day of baseball. Overall the room was nice, and mostly clean. We would stay again.

Home away from home

We visit family in Franklin and the nice hotels in Franklin and Hearne are significantly higher than this one on the north end of Bryan. We've stayed here several times and will continue to come back.

Room was not clean, there was hair all over the bathtub and floor in the bathroom. The staff was nice. The walls are super thin, you can hear your neighbors talking on each side of you. Will not stay here again.
