The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable. We were close to different restaurants. I'm sure if in the area, we would stay again.

Budget friendly and clean

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable with clean bedding. The property is old and smelled smokey but the staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly.

it was safe, clean & the beds were comfirtable, which is important when traveling with my kids. the website says you have free breakfast, which was not the case at all. i always book where there is complimentary breakfasts to save on trip $, but juice & coffee is not breakfast. it even said "breakfast to go", but nothing was provided or offered. altho i think the guy at the front was there alone.

Very Disappointed

It was supposed to be a smoke free room but there was a very musty odor. We opened the fridge and closed it right away. It smelled like weed was stored in it or smoke had embedded in the plastic. That smell remained in our room. Also, one of the side doors did not close so anyone could walk in. Did not feel very safe. Definitely not going back!

Good cheap stay

Linens needed fabric softeners. No coffee/tea in room. Continental breakfast (a small muffin) only. Common areas need facelift/remodeling. Beds needed to be placed on a wooden, not metal base. Bathroom had tall toilet 👍 and was freshly remodeled and all towel racks and had rails were good and solid. Microwave was older but mini-fridge was new and clean. The exterior landscaping could use a gardener’s touch and for the smokers a covered cabana or something similar in a common area with respect to local ordinances. Restaurants and shopping was close by and a few favorites were within walking distance. Medical facilities are close by and the major throughfair is nearby and directions are posted clearly. It was a fair priced facility.

Ok but needs improvements

My trup was a quick trip to visit family. I knew i wouldnt be in my room a lot so let's start with that. My room was ok. Ibhad to put something over the pillows because they didnt look very clean. The toilet had something on the seat, maybe a spill but it didn't help i was turn off by that. The towels, i should've brought my own. The tv didn't have many channels. The room didn't have a do not disturb sign as to where i didn't want anyone coming in to clean/ turndown. The customer service was very good though. I would say improve a few things and it'll be a good hotel. It's convince to alot of things....walmart, restaurants and that sort.

The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient.

Website says "Free breakfast." What a joke! A mini-chocolate chip muffin and watery orange juice. Property pretty banged up. Told myself "no more" after last stay; gave it another chance. Going back to "NO stay!"
