"This was a solid hotel. The lobby was extremely quiet. One of my only complaints is that every time I went up to the desk, nobody was there. I could see the staff sitting in the back on their phones. I waited a few minutes for them to realize that I was standing there. The person working the free breakfast was amazing. She was super friendly and efficient. My only other complaint is that the walls are so thin! We had an adjoining room with complete strangers who had kids. The kids were playing video games and we could hear the music like it was in our room. Quite annoying. Overall, I would stay here again."

"Very convenient location in Frankenmuth. Alexea at the front desk was very friendly and helpful every hotel would be lucky to have her working for them . The rooms were comfy and clean. The breakfast was very good I only wish they had a coffee maker in the room so I didn’t have to get fixed up to have my morning coffee"
