it’s a very nice property, the rooms are simple but they have the necessary for a good rest, very clean and the location of the hotel was very convenience, the breakfast excellent! Lovely hotel, brand new, perfect base for exploring the Iguazu falls and surrounding area. Rooms are simple and a bit on the small side but it's clean, quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

The hotel was basically new, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk to a major shopping centre and a longer, but pleasant, walk to the main street.

Wouldn’t stay there again

There was no record of our booking. They put us initially in a room with no linen on the bed. Next they put us in a room with an air conditioner that didn’t work. Finally we got a decent room but the safe didn’t work and the maintenance man couldn’t make it work. So sorry we booked there. Breakfast was just ok. Can’t understand the 9,4 rating. You can’t trust the ratings it seems. We are experienced travelers and rarely complain but I just had to warn future potential guests

Bait and Switch

We prepaid 2 nights at this hotel because we were arriving at 2am and wanted to ensure we had a nice place to stay. When we arrived, we met the host in the un-air condtioned lobby. She then proceeded to inform us there was a mistake and they had NO rooms available. However, they had a sister property. The place was the worst place we've ever slept in.... ever.... broken air conditioning, moldy smell in room, roaches in the room, very uncomfortable bed. We had no choice.. it was 2am and a dangerous neighborhood at night. We checked online and it was showing Safa was available!! The sister property.. price was less than half of Safa online and Safa did not offer any reimbursement. They took our money and we did not get what was promised. Stay away!
