Staff was average, nothing exceptional. The room was visibly not well care, floors were dirty. The toilet was clean and acceptable. The room position was in the back surrounded by other rooms and Air conditioning units that were noise all night long. Breakfast area was falling apart, table clothes were not clean, been to most of it. Breakfast was ok but little variety. Staff not very happy. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to feel a bit comfortable and rested in the morning.

Everything was absolutely dirty. I felt like in a horror movie where you know you’ll die. No double lock, mold everywhere, cockroaches, pillow already orange of dirty, not even the mirror was clean.

I have been an Expedia customer for more than 20 years, and throughout that time I have never had a hotel problem that could not be resolved through Expedia. This is the first time I have felt the need to formally complain about a hotel I booked through this booking site. On my way to Asunción, I stayed at Hotel Foz Presidente, which was an acceptable experience. On my return trip to Brazil, I tried to book the same hotel again, but it was not available through Expedia. Expedia instead recommended Foz Central Budget Hotel as a good option for solo travelers. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was charged an additional fee of approximately US$6 for booking through Expedia. This was the first time in more than 20 years of using Expedia that I had ever been charged such a fee. I have included a photo showing the charge on my complaint to Expedia, shown at the front desk. I was also given a room directly in front of the staircase leading from the lobby. The hotel does not have an elevator, so virtually everyone staying there has to use those stairs. As a result, there was considerable noise of traffic and very little privacy. The room itself was acceptable, but the overall experience was made much worse by the attitude of the hotel staff and virtually everyone I had to interact with. Their treatment of me was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. There were no accommodations or perks whatsoever. A total lack of empaty by every staff members.

Infelizmente minha estadia foi péssima, não recomendo. Hotel velho e em condições precárias. A energia elétrica foi desligada no meio da manhã, enquanto eu tomava banho, e mesmo depois de avisar não religaram, meu marido tomou banho gelado. Tínhamos mais uma noite mas preferimos ir embora antecipadamente para não dormir mais uma noite em uma cama ruim, banheiro sem luz e café da manhã bem precário. O valor da diária não vale. Deviam no mínimo me reembolsar a diária não utilizada, mas duvido, atendimento péssimo.

É um excelente hotel, especialmente quando se considera o ótimo custo-benefício. Localizado na região central de Foz do Iguaçu/PR, está próximo de diversos restaurantes bons e com preços acessíveis, além de contar com fácil acesso a serviços de Uber e táxi. O grande diferencial do hotel, no entanto, é a equipe. Todos os funcionários, em especial a gestora, Sra. Karla, oferecem um atendimento excepcional, sempre com muita atenção, cordialidade e disposição para ajudar, fazendo com que os hóspedes se sintam realmente bem acolhidos. Embora não seja um hotel de luxo, o ambiente é extremamente aconchegante, limpo e confortável. O café da manhã também merece destaque: é variado, saboroso e muito bem servido. Recomendo este hotel sem qualquer ressalva para quem procura uma excelente hospedagem com ótimo atendimento e um excelente custo-benefício.

Como perdi o voo tive que ficar mais uma noite em Foz, pelo preço que paguei não esperava muita coisa, mas tinha hospedado no Luz Hotel e este é da mesma rede . Porém , antes de tudo quero elogiar e agradecer a Patrícia , ela foi muito bacana comigo e meu filho , trocando o nosso quarto inicial . O hotel está passando por reformas , que se vê, sendo extremamente necessária . Não tem elevador , e são alguns lances de escada para quem ficar no 2 ou 3 andar . Pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade sugiro colocar isso na reserva para que fiquem no piso térreo . Estava com uma mala super pesada e o treino da academia agradeceu o esforço . O hotel fica bem localizado . Café da manhã razoável , para o valor da diária , só sugiro que deixe uma sanduicheira disponível para que possamos fazer um toast adequado. O piso do banheiro que fiquei ( apto 134) é muito liso quando usamos o sabão ( exige cuidado ) . Quanto ao quarto , colchão excelente e roupas de cama limpas . Como tem ar quente , o cobertor disponibilizado atende . Quem vai passar mais tempo na rua e só volta para dormir , pode ser uma opção . Economiza no hotel e gasta no Paraguai . Tente reservar um quarto já reformado . Fica a dica .

Atendimento do funcionário, excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto mediano, cama boa, edredom tb. Porém, itens antigos dentro do quarto e a porta tb. Necessário reforma no hotel. Algumas áreas carentes de manutenção, como por exemplo, quarto, corredor, escada, porta... tem alguns quartos com banheiros bem antigos tb.

Hotel organizado, porém estava em reformas. Café da manhã gostoso e novinho, mas podem variar no cardápio, passei 7 dias comendo a mesma comida (ovos e salsicha), no mais não tenho o que reclamar. Bem localizado, perto de tudo e próximo as paradas de ônibus da cidade.

A porta do quarto é horrível. Toda manchada.Precisando de uma pintura. O piso em ardósia, trazendo mais frio para o quarto. O vaso havia entupido, falei com a atendente e ela ficou de enviar uma pessoa pra desentupir, 2 horas depois ainda ninguém havia vindo, reclamei novamente e ela não resolveu. Fui pela terceira vez e já havia outro atendente, que na mesma hora me transferiu de quarto. No sábado a tarde, cheguei por volta das 15h para o quarto e estava havendo uma obra terrível. Um barulho que não dava pra descansar. Fora os barulhos de quem está passando no corredor. Se houve tudo.

O quarto muito antigo , não dá segurança em higienização dos banheiros , pois são dois , um pra banho e outro para necessidades . Não condiz com as fotos dos quartos que vi no momento da compra . Estacionamento depósito de materiais de construção , péssimo com poças de agua . No café da manhã tivemos que ir na cozinha pedir para trazer café pois acabou e o pessoal estava rindo nas dependências da mesma e não cuidaram dessa falta . O horário que fomos tomar café era sete e trinta da manhã !
