Éramos os únicos hospedes da pousada no período que ficamos. As pessoas eram gentis mas não usavam mascaras pra proteção contra covid, nos deixando apreensivos. Havia uma casa ao lado com som altissimo 24h por dia e pedimos pra nos mudar de quarto para outro mais afastado dessa casa, o que nos foi atendido de pronto, apesar de ter nos colocado no quarto sem agua quente, mesmo todos os outros quartos da pousada estarem vazios. O proprietario tentou diversas vezes que a casa ao lado reduzisse o som, chamando a policia, mas era a policia ir embora que a casa ao lado aumentava o som.

Pousada dos sonhos, os proprietários são de uma simpatia sem igual, a pousada em si é um espetáculo a parte, linda, aconchegante, não dá vontade de sair dela, a hospitalidade foi tamanha que me senti em casa, recomendo sem medo de ser feliz, seria injusto da minha parte destacar uma pessoa, todos são extremamente cordiais, a pousada fica em um lugar privilegiado e silencioso, próximo ao lindo centro de Cumbuco que oferece excelentes restaurantes e agitos, nota 1000.

Messed up our reservation

Upon arrival, the owner told us that there was an issue with our reservation and he didn't have a room for us. He arranged for us to stay at another hotel, which turned out to be managed by his son. The other pousada didn't look as nice, although it was closer to the center of town. I made the reservation more than a month in advance, it was not a pleasant surprise.

Pousada super aconchegante. Fui com meu esposo e fomos muito bem recebidos, o dono, sua família e funcionários fizeram com que nos sentíssemos em casa. Alguns amigos foram nos visitar na pousada e também foram muito bem recebidos por eles. Eles são super simpáticos e acolhedores, voltaremos com certeza e indicaremos a todos!
