"From the time we walked in we felt so welcomed and so at home. The front staff lady was the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendliest person we've met at a hotel. She remembered us throughout our week there and just made the stay so much better. I don't know if I can say her name here, but it starts with an N and I can't wait to see her next year. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. We already booked our stay for next year!! Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable and well located place to visit the stockyards. Within walking distance to everything and had a bar in the lobby. Breakfast was great and well stocked. You work there your stay here!!"

"Uncertain as to why we had a 'ghost charge' of $6.50. If it was for water, I felt sure the sign in the room said two waters were free. All others were $3 I believe. Not clear. Parking $20? REally? Why? Seemed like a true cash grab. The room was terrific and no complaints there at all."

"Checking in online was pointless. Since I filled out the forms, gave a copy of my license plus my cc info it said all id have to do is grab my room key n go. I did not work that way at all. I still spent 10 minutes filling out the same exact forms all over again. That was frustrating since we were rushing to a game. Other than that a great stay as usual. "

"Breakfast was okay but the tortillas were cold and the fruit was warm. The front desk person who checked us in, Shanelly, was super sweet and was the only person on duty to do everything from checking in guests to cooking dinner for The Placery orders. She did a fabulous job with a big smile and made us feel very welcome. She is amazing at multi-tasking."
