I’m disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons we booked was to enjoy the amenities, but unfortunately the pool was closed and the hot tub was also not open. This was very frustrating, especially since it wasn’t clearly communicated in advance. On top of that, there was not much hot water available in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to shower. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I hope the hotel improves communication and guest comfort in the future

The room was in good condition however, the shower water did not get as hot as I would have liked it to. The shower also still had strands of another persons hair and purple glitter was still lingering . One of the hand towels still had stains on it as well. Outside of that the room was comfortable.

Hot water wasn't running the first night, called guest services if I could change rooms because I had to take a shower before a meeting. Instead they said they are working on it to fix it. Hot water issue wasn't fixed in time so I had to take a cold shower. Second day came, hot water wasn't running again, unless I had it running for 20 minutes. I was pretty upset at this point so I told the guest services I wanted to speak with the manager. They told me manager "William" will in next morning when we check out. Of course he had to be in a important call, so asked if he could just reach me when he is available. But I haven't heard since. Overall staff were nice, I just think they could have handled the situation a little better.

The room was clean, some minor stains on the carpet and wall but I was more surprised with how expensive the room was they would offer some type of breakfast, but they didn't also 150$ deposit for the room sounds a bit over the top when the two nights I stayed the amenities were limited. Gym was small and barely any work out machines, the pool was under construction, also my first day there @8-9 am they were drilling on the wall, very loud barely any peaceful quiet time. Think twice about booking here.
