Nice hotel in great location

The room we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed. The man who checked us in was very helpful. The hotel is very close to some shopping and the beach. Breakfast is also excellent!

Do not Stay Here!!!

Service at the front desk was unprofessional! My husband and I waited an hour and a half in the front lobby to just get checked in. They offer shuttle service from the airport and to cruise port but do not have shuttles. We had to pay out of our pockets for our taxis. Then returning home I checked our visa bill and they charged us an extra 81 dollars for nothing. I had prepaid through Expedia for our hotel room. Many phone calls to them with no reselution. They hang up on you and don’t care! Do not stay here. It’s not worth the aggravation!!

Nice stay

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area and Tiki bar were nice and relaxing. Check in went smoothly and the shuttle service was quite convenient. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

No airrpot/cruise shuttle

Even though hotel is listed as having airport and cruise port shuttle they don't, Called week before going and was told no airport shuttle but had cruise port shuttle. When we arrived at hotel we were told no cruise port shuttle. When I complained and mentioned my phone call earlier they did arrange and pay for a cab to take us to cruise port. John at Front Desk was extremely helpful and polite.

Frustrating and disappointing

We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the cruise port and the hotel's shuttle service to/from Port and the airport. After our cruise we waited for the shuttle for 2 hours before I requested/demanded the hotel send a taxi and pay for it. We ended up having to call the taxi ourselves, but the hotel did pay....not without a heated debate mind you. The shuttle still didn't end up showing up for another 45 minutes after that. Then, preparing to leave, we were told that 2 weeks ago the hotel no longer offered shuttle service to the airport! Are you kidding me?!?! So, Uber it was at the expense of $55 that we did NOT get reimbursed. The staff didn't seem to have any sincere remorse nor were they willing to make anything right without us getting extremely frustrated or upset. The price you pay for the service you receive isn't worth it to me. We will definitely find a different hotel on our next trip.

Won’t stay with then anywhere in the country

Did stay at hotel. Out cruise was cancelled the day after the hurricane destroyed 3 out of the four islands we were to visit. Princess Cruises, Delta airlines, and even another Comfort Inn we were to stay at at the end of our cruise allowed us to cancel with a full refund and no penalty. This particular hotel would not give us even a partial refund. Even after I called the parent company HQ and explained the situation, they promised to look into the matter. They never even bothered to return my inquiry phone call. They did absolutely nothing, not even call me back after looking into the matter.. Great Customer Service? NOT This company!!!!!

Muito bom

Fantástico custo beneficio. Hote Muito bem localizado na North Federal. Com um mall e um target na frente. Hotel bem arrumado, limpo, café da manhã fantástico. A atendente do café da manhã sempre de bom humor. Piscina aquecida deliciosa. A única coisa que não gostei foi da cama apertadíssima para um casal. No mais, perfeito. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza !!!

Wir haben das Hotel nach einer Kreuzfahrt gebucht. Liegt direkt an einer großen Straße, somit super Anbindung, aber keine Strandnähe. Die frischen Waffeln beim Frühstück waren super.

Disappointed (Overall Experience)

After calling the hotel upon our arrival to have a shuttle bus come to the airport and pick us up we were told to look for the Ramada van outside the terminal in the hotel shuttle area. A Ramada van pulled up with no address on the van only "Ramada." Assuming this was our van, we loaded and ended up at the wrong hotel. There are three Ramada hotels in this area. Not once did anyone we encounter tell us this. There was not address to confirm we were going to the right place. As visitors to this community, we were clueless. The hotel staff could have kindly said, make sure you get on the van that has the Oakland City address or ask the driver which Ramada he is driving to. We sat at the wrong Ramada for over 30 minutes waiting for the other hotel shuttle bus that never came. Additionally, while waiting we tried calling the other Ramada. The hotel staff could not find our reservation even though we provided them with an Expedia and Ramada confirmation number. We finally arrived to the correct Ramada. Our only pleasant experience was our wonderful shuttle bus driver who drove us to the cruise port the next day. I would not recommend this Ramada to my friends or family and was not pleased with the lack of service that was provided to us.

Small and convenient

Close to a target and small mall. Airport shuttle. Right on Highway 1 which will take you to Key West and if you go straight to the west you will reach sawmill grass outlet mall. Small and anonymous hotel. Ample parking.

OK Stay for 1 night.

First of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel seems a little outdated but you can tell they really try hard. My only complaint is that some of the rooms have a musty smell to them and I know it is from the carpet. The pool is right outside the rooms and I'm sure that wet bodies coming in and out have something to do with it. They were scrubbing the carpets as I was leaving. The pool could use some updating but we enjoyed it nonetheless and they have an outside bar. The continental breakfast was very good and my husband especially enjoyed the waffles.
