City life style stay

A no frills great location small size hotel. Excellent for feeling apart of the city lifestyle and walking distance to everything in town. Comfortable and cozy, I enjoyed the stay amd will come again for these types of short stay business trips.

En vacances en Martinique et logé dans le Nord, j’ai voulu être a Fort de france pour la nuit ! Hôtel convenable quand on fait abstraction du quartier (prostitutions…). La chambre était correct mais ont a du mal à se défaire de l’idée que c’est probablement un hôtel de passe, la propreté n’est pas parfaite mais supportable.

Good for business or friendly with local community

It's a very nice hotel and excellent quality of the service, but the localization are bad if you are not a local or not confortable in the local mind. It's not dangerous for tourism, but if you are not comfortable in local traveling, it's not a resort. I recommend if you are there for business, or comfortable with the local community. It's very central and it's possible to have free parking around.

Chambre sans fenetre ou on traverse la douche pour aller au wc. Draps sales et poubelle pas vidée. Quartier à eviter pour les familles qui voudraient sortir le soir. Pourtant l'accueil de l'hotesse Martiniquaise est tres appréciable !

I don't recommend this one.

Wow, what can I say, I knew we were in trouble when we pulled up to the establishment and there were 5 ladies of the evening working the street corner. I was actually afraid to go in. The room was stark and we were greeting in the middle of the night with a very large cockroach climbing up my arm. Needless to say, we didn't get a very good sleep. The beds were not comfortable. The "breakfast" was not good and not much of one. We booked a different hotel at the end of the trip that was certainly better than this and closer to the downtown. Given how bad this place was, it was severely overpriced. There are others closer to downtown that are better and we stayed at one at the end of the trip. Somehow, this hotel billed us directly and immediately for the stay upon booking. I don't know how they got our credit card info or why that happened. The billing should always go through hotels.com and I complained bitterly to hotels.com about this snafu.

This hotel is great as a last minute resort. The staff was kind and helpful however the property was not too nice. The room was very small and the bathroom was one small room with the toilet and shower with sink in one tiny area. The bathroom also had plenty of ants.

Очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый персонал! Заселили быстро. Номер просторный. Был чайник, холодильник, кондиционер, стол и кровати. Wi-Fi работал хорошо. Курить можно на балкончике на этаже. До центра города и набережной пешкой минут 10. Отель понравился.

Ruff neighborhood

Staff were Great! Definitely don’t walk around the area alone at night. During the day there is a neat farmers market 2 blocks away. Then walk another half mile and take the ferry to “Pointe de bout” only $7 and check out the shops in the creole village!

Gute Bleibe für eine Nacht, ohne große Ansprüche.

Habe das Hotel als günstige Zwischenübernachtung zwischen Flugankunft und Übernahme Charterschiff gewählt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, verkehrsgünstig nur 100 m von der highway-Ausfahrt gelegen, in einer Seitenstrasse. Am Abend geöffnete Restaurants etwas weiter entfernt, Straßenstrich (regionaltypisch) in der direkten Umgebung, ein Gemüsemarkt mit Frühstückscafes ca 50 m am Ende der Straße. Parkplätze - ich hatte einen Mietwagen - Glücksache. Achtung viele Einbahnstrassen. Insgesamt für FdF im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok.

Hotel mal placé et d'un accueil douteux

Très mauvais souvenir puisque n'ayant pas pu contacter l'hôtel à l'arrivée de notre avion (22h) et après avoir cherché l'hôtel situé dans une petite rue nous avons fini par aller à l'hôtel Simon qui lui était ouvert avec un accueil et garage fermé Le lendemain le réceptionniste nous informe qu'il tentera de nous rembourser une partie puis finalement nous annonce que c'est impossible: donc perte des fonds versés
