You will be staying in a 4-room house with a total area of 68 square meters and two levels, furnished with wooden furniture. The living room has satellite TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player, DVD, and air conditioning. There is one room with two beds on the ground floor. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The kitchen has an exit leading to the terrace. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you'll find two additional rooms, each with two beds, and an exit leading to the balcony. The house features gas heating and wooden floors throughout.

The property comes with a balcony, terrace (25 square meters, partially covered), terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. It is also equipped with a washing machine, mosquito nets, a baby cot (available upon request), and wireless internet (WiFi, additional fee applies).
