The premises were located right in the town centre and in front of the ski lifts. The balcony was spacious with a nice view of the city and the mountains. There was no one at reception on arrival when it was supposed to be open. The room key was going to be in a box outside but the box was empty. Luckily the hotel next door was able to contact the receptionist who eventually came. The reception had limited opening hours and was often closed during these hours. The hotel advertised a swimming pool and 2 saunas. The pool smelled of chlorine a mile away and both saunas did not work for the entire week we were there.

En general, bien. Es un apartamento, y la comodidad como tal, la tiene; con su cocina, espacios +/- amplios, piscina techada pero de agua fría, aunque te digan climatizada, sauna… Cierto es, que exigen mucho para lo que ofrecen: que si el lavavajillas tiene que quedar vacío al irte, toallas y sábanas en bolsas en x habitación, basura tirada… cuando ellos te ofrecen un menaje no muy limpio y agrietado, basura rota… En conclusión: se puede estar bien y cómodo pero se puede mejorar.

séjour agréable, la résidence est très bien placée, le logement est assez grand pour 4 mais il n'y a pas de rangement pour les affaires, la cuisine est assez bien équipée, pas de bol pour les céréales du matin des enfants, la propreté est limite convenable. La salle de bain est vieillissante mais reste correcte. Pas de connexion téléphone, ni internet dans le logement, ce qui n'est pas pratique lorsqu'on veut chercher des renseignements. Pour un 4 étoiles nous nous attendions à de meilleures prestations

Résidence bien située au coeur de la station, appartement propre et bien fourni. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et profité de la piscine, sauna et hammam quotidiennement. Très bon endroit pour passer des vacances.

La résidence est située à 2 pas du télécabine et du centre ville. Emplacement idéal pour un séjour au ski réussi. Logement moderne avec une belle vue sur les montagnes.

Hotel bien placé mais mauvais acceuil

Nous étions installé au -3, pas de réseau gym ni de Wifi, lit double de la chambre trop petit et canapé lit dans le salon pas du tout confortable. Rien à dire sur la propreté et les équipements. Piscine non ou mal chauffée les premiers jours. On n'a pu se baigner qu'une fois à la fin du séjour. Une petite jeune à l'accueil très sympathique et efficace mais par contre une certaine Marianne qui fut vraiment désagréables avec nous et d'autres clients. Emplacement idéal de l'hôtel (en face des remontés vers les pistes, en plein centre de Font Romeu) mais manque de professionnalisme de la gérante et manque de confort ce qui fait que je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.

C'est la première fois que nous devons faire les lits dans un quatre étoiles... L'équipement ne correspond pas à cette catégorie: Pas de sèche-cheveux Le lit tiroir grinçait, la literie inconfortable. Pas de wifi, télé qui se coupait régulièrement.

déçue par les prestations. L'an passé, ayant apprécié piscine chauffée intérieure + jaccuzi, j'ai renouvelé la réservation au Pic de l'ours pour ces +. Mais la piscine a été froide pendant 4 jours de mon séjour et le jaccuzi n'y était plus (en réparation d'après l'accueil) !!!.... Pub mensongère et prix identique ... pas très commercial.
