We really enjoyed our stay here. Located in a great neighborhood, and the staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. In fact, when our train was delayed significantly, they were extremely helpful and kind to ensure that we still had a stress-free check in and access to our room. For that, we are very thankful. . Highly recommended. Forza Foggia!.

It is a basic facility for those who are looking for a place to stay. No amenities. Not much around the area. Definitely a stopover not long-term attraction. They were very accomodating to our requests. Clean.

This was an excellent stay and would not choose another place to stay if I am ever in Foggia again. The location is perfect, walkable to all the shopping, restaurants and cafes, as well as the train station. What really made my stay special was the staff. A real shout out to Dylan, Iryna, and Danila. They really made my stay super special.

Property needs work / Staff great

Very nice staff, but I have to say I found the pre-check-in requirements a bit surprising and the room condition pretty underwhelming. Contrary to any other hotel I've booked with Hotels.com, this property insists you pay on cludgy third-party website (which Hotels.com tells you never to do). Not the end of the world, but still surprising. The most disappointing thing about the stay is my room had seen much better days (this horse has been ridden hard!). In particular, the bathroom can only be described as grungy. I really liked the staff and do hope they get the property in better shape. Very doubtful I would stay there again.

Deux. Caractéristiques non précis, mais pas grave.

Hôtel très propre Seul bémol ; obligé d’aller prendre notre petit déjeuner dans un bar plus loin, accord avec l’hôtel. Limité à une viennoiserie qui a un café. Deuxième bémol : le spa n’est pas à disposition, il ouvre le spa. Seulement ces trois personnes sont inscrites et ils n’ont pas précisé qu’il fallait payer un supplément de neuf euros. À part ça hôtel bien situé, très propre, jolie, chambre. Contente de mon séjour.

L'hotel e' molto carino e anche ben posizionato rispetto alla città in quanto di trova in zona centro vicina si servizi, ma la stanza del 1° p. in cui alloggiavo era troppo piccola seppur curatissima nei dettagli per fornire più comodità possibili. Nota molto negativa e' il bagno troppo piccino e poco riservato se si e' in due ad alloggiare, dato ha solo una porta in vetro temperato che la separa dalla stanzetta. E' come fosse in stanza.
