Max was nice. However the place needs some basic maintenance. The noise starts at 7 am and it’s very loud! The towels are really old, the breakfast is the same every day displaying very dry eggs (even if the restaurant isn’t busy they can’t accommodate freshly make eggs), often we had to ask for silverware and other basics, the covers were smelling, we threw them on the floor and ask to be cleaned but when we come back to the room they weren’t clean and they were back (dirty) in our beds. The shower knob shocks us every time we touched it, the toilet was very smelly (Seward) and the sink faucet was loose. We had to ask to clean our room, otherwise it wasn’t getting done, during our 6 day stay the trash was never cleaned up, causing us to pilled up the trash next to the trash can. The place is well located, it just needs basic love for a hotel.

Chuveiro velho, gotejamento. Não houve troca de toalhas e as de rosto foram levadas e não foram repostas. A única coisa boa foi o café da manhã (tercerizado). Para quem tinha uma avaliação de 8.4, foi decepcionante.

Alojamiento muy bien cuidado, instalaciones modernas, habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, además de nevera y una pequeña terraza. Tiene un restaurante al lado que también sirve desayuno (a pesar que no lo usamos). Tiene garaje para algunos coches, motos y bicicleta, y en la calle parece que no hay problema para aparcar. En una calle tranquila pero muy bien ubicado para las playas Joaquina y Mole, que se pueden llegar caminando, además del centro de Lagoa da Conceição, que también está a pocos kms andando por el bonito paseo que bordea la laguna.

o quarto que nos foi oferecido segundo o estabelecimento da "promoção" era um quarto de fundos sem janela. Pedimos a troca, mas não fomos atendidas! Enfim ficaríamos melhor instaladas em qualquer hostel! Uma pena, mas é a segunda vez que isso acontece quando compramos pelo aplicativo!

Este hotel esta a medio camino de la Av . Das Rendeiras (Lagoa da Conceição) y Joaquina. El hotel es muy lindo por dentro, comodo y un desayunador muy bien ambientado, muy español. El dueño es de Barcelona. El hotel, es la primera vez que me hospedo, y es muy comodo. La unica desventaja que el bus que pasa por la cuadra tiene una frecuencia muy baja, pero se puede llegar caminando o taxi
