I absolutely loved my 2 week stay at Hotel Porto Sol Beach. The staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel restaurant was delicious. The location right at the beach was really great and convenient since the hotel provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and tables. You could also order food from the restaurant while lounging on the beach! I highly recommend this option and would definitely stay there again. It exceeded expectations.

The bathrooms needs to be update and cleaner. There was a guy late night selling drinks on the beach with a loud music until 2am. The staff is amazing can’t complain about that they are really helpful and friendly

The room was trash with a dirty bathroom with mold. Dirty walls a dirty blanket and dirty chairs. This was brought to the attention of the hotel staff they did nothing. They were indifferent. The view of the beach is watch you are paying for as the room is basically a run down motel. They have a one towel per day policy for the pool and rooms so you need to find a way to dry them.

The hotel is in a great location with nia nice pool and restaurant. I was disappointed with the room as it seemed unfinished, some pars weren't painted with exposed cement all over and the closet seemed like it the doors were missing. For the price and the nice exterior, the room were a little disappointing

Infelizmente o quarto foi liberado para check-in sem a limpeza anterior. Estava sujo e com toalhas usadas ainda penduradas. Depois quarto foi limpo corretamente, mas a chegada foi bastante comprometida.

Hotel é pé na areia com boa estrutura. Limpeza excelente e ficamos num quarto com muito espaço e boa estrutura. Cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, lençois e toalhas de alta qualidade. Itens de banheiro básicos. Café da manhã com básico, saboroso e com alguma variação ao longo dos dias. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Amplo espaço para os hóspedes nas áreas comuns. Recreadores durante todo o dia. Restaurante com bom serviço e boas opções de pratos. Realmente uma boa opção para aquela região.

Hotel incrível, localização maravilhosa, pé na areia, café da manhã bom, roupa de cama boa. Restaurante com preço honesto e comida boa. Exatamente como nas fotos. Entretanto alguns pontos podem melhorar. Precisa melhorar: - o atendimento na praia, em relação ao restaurante, quase não passam atendentes, obrigando os hóspedes a consumir dos ambulantes. - limpeza da piscina deveria ser diária (período do réveillon estava imunda) - redes sociais precisam ser atualizadas, são atualmente onde os clientes buscam informações e quase não há nada atual no Instagram. Mandei mensagem por direct pedindo informações sobre a ceia de ano novo e ninguém respondeu.

Nas fotos parece mais do que é de fato. O preço teoricamente se justifica pela proximidade com a praia, mas se der azar e pegar dias chuvosos, fica no hotel não é tão confortável quanto promete... É "ok", por isso entendo que o preço não é compatível.

A localização é excelente, pé na areia, o atendimento foi bom, restaurante muito bom, café da manhã completo, camas confortaveis, hotel limpinho. O único detalhe a ser melhorado é o banheiro, não condiz com o nivel do hotel, precisa de atualização. Mas o chuveiro era bom.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, em frente do mar. As áreas comuns do hotel são confortáveis e bonitas. O café da manhã é ótimo. O staff é gentil e atencioso. O quarto é bem grande. O único ponto negativo é que os quartos estão um pouco decadentes. Já estariam precisando de uma revitalização, mas isso não comprometeu a estada. Foi tudo perfeito.
