It was a nice experience and hotel. Very good facilities. But the was a very slow checkin process. The jacuzzi was not fully functioning and the were almost no staff around the pool to ask for details.

I had no room upgrade and the VIP reward was ridiculous, they offered me something similar to use for beach chair rent, which makes no sense because I wouldn’t take it to the beach anyway. The first time i stayed in this hotel i had a pleasant experience. Now for the second time, not only they are overcharging guests, the service level has dropped. The female receptionists I dealt with were courteous, but a male front desk representative (It I am not mistaken named THomas,) was a bit rude. The way they organize their breakfast is offensive in a way that someone keeps closing the door, like a bouncer that let me go in and check the ID. If they are concerned people will eat for free, they should have a subtle way to do it.

Recomendo para férias em família

Ficamos, um casal e uma criança de 8 anos no apto no segundo andar do bloco Napolis. Apto muito bom, com uma cama de casal, colchão bom, uma cama de solteiro, colchão um pouco pior. Chuveiro é elétrico mas funciona muito bem, pelo menos no verão, período em que fomos. O ar condicionado é split e funcionou normalmente. A TV pega muito bem com diversos canais a cabo. A wi-fi funcionou bem. O apto possui churrasqueira e funcionou muito bem. Também possui um pequena cozinha com frigobar, fogão e armários com alguns utensílios básicos de cozinha. Além do bloco Napolis existem outros dois blocos se não me engano. Cada bloco contém vagas de garagem no térreo. Nao há elevador nos blocos. Possui duas piscinas grandes que são bem limpas. As piscinas não são aquecidas. A área da piscina também é bem agradável e ampla com muitas cadeiras confortáveis , estofadas e com guarda sol. O salão de café da manhã é agradável, com ar condicionado e mesas confortáveis. O café da manhã é bastante variado e me surpreendeu positivamente. O hotel possui ainda uma sala de ginástica bem básica com uma esteira boa e funcional além de alguns pesos , barra, anilhas e banco de supino. Não há ar condicionado na sala de ginástica, apenas um ventilador forte. A quadra é boa e a sala de jogos contém uma mesa de pingpong e uma de sinuca ambas em bom estado. A localização do hotel é boa , perto da praia, supermercado, açougue, lanchonete, pizzaria e outras lojas.

Bom custo benefício. Ficamos hospedados num apartamento com sala e uma mini-cozinha, com varanda. Não tem elevador. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem organizado. Não oferece comodidades no frigobar. Muito perto da praia, que é bem tranquila.

Superou qualquer expectativa!

Excelente custo-benefício na Cachoeira do bom Jesus. Localização é excelente, sendo praticamente encostado com mercado, restaurantes, farmácia e comércio. Café da manhã sempre novinho, com reposições constantes. Funcionários cordiais e prestativos. Piscina com tamanho ideal com manutenção e limpeza em dia. Em relação ao quarto, as camas são ótimas, chuveiro perfeito, utensílios de cozinha, fogão e frigobar ideais para levar coisas e cozinhar algo. O quarto estava bem limpo e cheiroso, a televisão tem tv a cabo. Com certeza voltarei!

Excelente opção de hospedagem para férias em Florianópolis. Fica na praia Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, próximo de mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e pet shop. Hotel com piscina, quartos confortáveis, próximo da praia.

Muito bom!!!

Estrutura muito boa, quarto ótimo e grande.. o fato de ter microondas, fogão e pia ajuda muito quando se está com criança pequena. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Tem parquinho externo, piscina.. café da manhã bem gostoso. Perto da praia e de vários restaurantes, mercado, farmácia.. vale a pena! Pode se hospedar sem medo!
