the room was absolutely filthy. no proper bedding, no hot water, service was nil. I did not even stay I opted to move out immediately and went across to La Union. almost same price, but way much better. The pictures you see are quite old, the exterior of the hotel is not even the same color, The restaurant they show in the picture is non existent. It is 100% false advertising.

Reservamos en este hotel y en realidad la experiencia fue terrible la avitacion que proporcionaron las camas estaba llenas de chinches!!!! Mi madre fue fuertemente picoteada por esos animales! Claro nos dieron otra avitacion pero creo que la limpieza es primordial no lo recomiendo si no quieren llevarse estos animalitos en sus maletas 😒😒😒😒

Creo que éste Hotel es regular, no tiene aire acondicionado, tiene ventilador, su ubicación es buena, está limpio, su personal es amable y está en una muy buena ubicación; para mí es un buen hotel para mochileros.

MUY MALO *** VERY BAD

Al hotel le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, no ponen amenidades, por lo menos jabón, del papel higiénico te ponen solo uno, tienes que preveer que no se gaste cuando entras al baño, estábamos en una habitación para 3 personas y solo pusieron 2 toallas, no nos entregaron el control del aire acondicionado, pese a que las habitaciones son muy calientes, hace falta que le pongan muebles para poner la ropa, la ropa de cama lucía muy vieja y se desacomodaba son solo un pequeño movimiento, tienen un restaurante en la parte de arriba del hotel, con buena vista al lago, pero tardan más de 1 hora para servirte el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena, si decides ir no debes tener mucha hambre o demasiada paciencia y los precios son más altos que en otros restaurantes de la zona. Los baños tienen un mal olor, estábamos en un tercer piso y es incómodo para subir por las escaleras, para personas adultas es mucho más incómodo y peligroso. La administración y el personal no comprenden que la sobrevivencia del negocio depende de los clientes, un día me estaba bañando y quitaron el agua, estuve enjabonado por más de media hora, esperan do que arreglaran el problema del suministro de agua para poder terminar de bañarme. *** The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, they do not put amenities, at least soap, only one of the toilet paper, you have to prevent it from being spent when you enter the bathroom, we were in a room for 3 people and they only put 2 towels, They did not give us control of

El hotel es mas o menos de acuetdo al precio pero tecobran aparte el aire acondicionado y lo peor que no te lo comentan a tu ingreso, estabamos a 39 grados, ademas el area de regadera estaba tapada, no se iba el agua en el desague, y apesar que le pedi a la persona de recepcion que si podian arreglarlo no hicieron nada, fue desagradable bañarse ahi

Gutes Zimmer für Tikal-Tour-Übernachtung

Das Zimmer ist einfach und klein, aber sauber. Ein zweites Handtuch wäre bei zwei Personen nett gewesen. Es gibt nur kaltes Wasser. Die Budgetzimmer sind im Erdgeschoss direkt neben dem Eingang. Dort ist es sehr laut. Touren nach Tikal starten schon um 4 Uhr morgens und man hört jeden, der morgens rausgeht. Wenn man selbst nur für die Tour da ist, sollte das kein Problem sein. Um die Gemeinschaftsküche zu nutzen, kann man sich Töpfe ausleihen (100 GTQ Pfand). Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und dort gibt es auch eine kleine Bar. Wäsche kann man für 40 GTQ zum nächsten Tag waschen lassen
