Room itself was small but nice; however, be prepared to have a jumpscare when you enter the building. It’s an apartment building that’s pitch black and filled with mosquitos. You will be on the top floor. And Like I said the room was nice and clean though. Just a warning, we made it work though.

Absolutely not recommended for families. Not recommended for people who anticipate needing to be in touch with staff at any time of the day. They shut down at 10PM and you are SOL. If you are going to pull the trigger. Getting insurance is a must.

After checking in online and paying an additional city tax, I should’ve received instructions to get into my room. The system for getting in and checking in was not very convenient. I sent several messages to Samuel and got no response. I even tried to call the number given on the reservation and got no connection. I had difficulty getting into my room as there’s no front desk due to the poor communication. You need a digital code to get in the main door and a digital code for your room. The number I was calling was not working and one of our family members traveling with us was able to finally reach him on WhatsApp. He did not respond to me after several text on Expedia app which is how I was told to contact him. It made the stay there very stressful. The room was clean and neat. There were no amenities to speak of. After check out, Samuel sent me a request for a review, that was the only time I was contacted by him after the crazy check-in experience.

Very clean apartment, great location and lovely views. Only downside was we arrived at 16:00, and the apartment was not ready until 17:30 even though I had specified we would be arriving at 16:00. Apart from that, lovely stay would highly recommend.

The location is great but here are a couple of things people should know before to book: - you need a local or international cell plan to call the door to open. - the listing is full of promise but the reality is that you would get your room but nothing else. Not always hot water, Not support for issues, and a fridge that can contain 2 water bottles (yours cause they won’t give you any, contrary to the listing) - the beds are sliding and the rest of the furniture is in poor conditions.

Great place that’s centrally located. Only issue was we had no hot water for two days and didn’t get a response about it. Wasn’t aware that cleaners would come in either as it wasn’t a hotel . Otherwise everything was wonderful

Room was clean and nice setting but we arrived and room was at 100 degrees and couldn’t sleep. Sent message to staff and they answered late the following day and the AC never cooled the room. Two days with no AC and I booked through Expedia and they weren’t helpful either.

The location was good- but they tried to change our location last minute, this is hours after I already should have checked in, and I couldn't contact them. Eventually hotels.com managed to get through to them. They tried moving us out of the oldest part of town, then it turns out there is a similar room in the same building. No kettle, and the radiator wouldn't turn off- so so hot. Also, a cleaner unplugged the fridge, I assume for a hoover, and didn't replug it so all our food went bad

El personal de atencion a cliente, excelente. * La ubicación de Google Maps que dan en su venta en Expedia NO CORRESPONDE al sitio, ESTO ESTA MUY MAL. (Yo tuve que llegar a otro hotel porque mi llegada original con ustedes era de noche y preferí hacer la busqueda de dia). * El mensaje de que no sirve el elevador lo dan hasta que uno paga, ESTO ESTA MAL. (Una persona de otro piso me confirmo que no sirve). * El acceso (las escaleras) es terrible.

Väldigt bra läge och stor lägenhet med trevlig balkong. Städade varje dag och fick nya handdukar. Fanns inte så mycket saker att använda såsom tekokare, glas etc.

日本の方(特に英語が話せない方)には絶対におすすめしません。 Expediaのチャット上でのホテル側(貸主側)への問い合わせは、オンラインチェックイン(税金を払うところ)までは繋がりましたが、それ以降はチャットでの返答はありませんでした。 そのため、Expedia上の地図と実際の場所が異なり、場所を見つけられなかったのですが、問い合わせても返事はなく、初めての街を彷徨い続けました。 ようやく写真に似た外観の建物を見つけましたが、入室に必要な番号キーも事前に教えてもらっておらず、建物の前で立ち尽くしてしまいました。 このまま野宿になると思い、Expediaのサポートセンターにダメ元で問い合わせたところ、番号キーを教えてもらい、入室できました。 ようやくのことで入室できましたが、冷蔵庫はペットボトルもギリギリしか入らない大きさでしたし、ゴミ箱もなく、タオルの交換もなく、設備も十分とは言えないものでした。 立地の割には価格が安かったので、選んでしまいましたが、海外でのホテル選びはもっと慎重にすべきだったと反省しております。

Bem localizado, em área mais residencial, mas com fácil acesso à pé à estação de trem e às atrações turísticas. Não possibilitaram earlier check in e nem se disponibilizaram a guardar nossas malas, então tivemos que recorrer a um serviço externo de depósito de bagagens. As acomodações são novas e bem decoradas, com um adorável terraço. Camas, travesseiros lençóis e toalhas bons. Bom ar condicionado e secador de cabelo. Sentimos falta de ducha higiênica ou bidê, de ganchos de toalha, de porta papel higiênico e, principalmente, de cortina na janela do andar de baixo, no cômodo onde fica o sofá-cama, pois o sol terminava acordando muito cedo quem ali dormiu.
