The room was nice and the service person was very nice and wanted to help. Unfortunately we arrived to a dirty room and had to leave for them to clean it. When we arrived back in the evening the AC unit would not work and no one came to fix it until the next day when we were leaving. We were told to open our window but the street below was very busy and loud. Too loud to sleep comfortably. So we slept in the warm room and left a n the morning. Overall this place could potentially be a nice stay if the fix the ac and make sure the room is ready for guest arrival.

Zona tranquila.
