Do not book here. The owner of this B&B is rude, racist, and violated Expedia’s terms and conditions. Worst experience of my life. The staff are very unhelpful and aggressive. The photos do not reflect the actual state of the room; the photos are very deceitful. Save yourself the headache and book anywhere else. Florence is a beautiful city, it would be a shame to waste your time and money here.

Great location. Good price. Nice unit. Helpful manager. One thing that was confusing was the check in time stated on listing. Listing stated check in was 6:30 to 7:30 am only, which seemed really odd. The actual check in time period was actually in afternoon.

The location is GREAT right in the middle of Firenze! The staff is less than interested in the details of paperwork. The room was nothing like the one in the photo I saw when I book the place. There English skills are not as good as I encountered in my other accommodations on this trip. I was charged twice and am now in the middle of trying to get a refund. The owner is less than enthusiastic in getting the refund to me. All this said, the location for the price is what makes the place worth the money.

Не отель, дом отдыха, т.е. есть часы работы. Но если договоритесь, то ключ от комнаты оставят в договорном месте поблизости. Мебель старая, сырость, прохладно в номере, шумоизоляции никакой, слышен храп из соседних номеров (либо такой нам сосед достался))).

Overall OK, but no more than OK. Alittle nousy due to close proximity of rooms. Host was very nice but had to ring bell from sidewalk for about 10 minutes before anyone showed up.

They got a number of apartments so the one you get may not be the same as the ones I'm reviewing. We got 2 apartments and they're about 5 minutes apart. Both are in excellent locations, within several minutes walk from Duomo (and almost everything else). You can't beat the locations. Our bigger unit got a full kitchen; there's an express Carrefour right around the corner so we cooked everyday. The bigger unit is very spacious; the other one is a bit small. A cleaning lady comes everyday so the rooms are always clean. The gentleman who manages these apartments is quite cold (that's probably why quite a few people didn't give him good reviews) and he's very strict with the 7pm deadline for check-in (we saw people getting there at 8pm, couldn't check-in & had to leave). But he is very professional. He was very prompt in response to our requests/needs; he was meticulous in explaining our final bills with all the mandatory taxes by city; quite an honest man. Seriously, I'm not in Florence looking for a best buddy. I'd totally prefer dealing with an efficient, honest, if a bit cold manager like this gentleman. Next time in Florence we'd definitely stay here again!

If you just are looking for a shelter for the night, and do not bother about mosquitos or that the manager tends to bully you, this is the right place for you. Otherwise: Stay away.

I arrived late to the "hotel" (Cuz it is not a hotel) and nobody showed up... then I had to find another place for staying that night .... and what about my money? cuz I didnt use their services... This room should not appear as a hotel and I wont use Hoteles.com anymore because of this experience
