very close to all the sights and train station The only let down is it’s on a main road and very noisy. This did not bother me too much as i Always travel with ear plugs which i highly recommend you take

Hard to find the door to the lobby. Wifi not reaching the bedroom. Excellent service from staff. Beautiful spacious room. Great free breakfast. After finding the lobby, and sorting out the wifi, I would give it a 10.

Чудесный небольшой отель в самом центре Флоренции! Очень чистый и приятно декорированный. Самый приятный сюрприз был в небольшом завтраке в одной из самых вкусных пастичерий. До всех достопримечательностей можно подать рукой. Очень приятный персонал, номер просторный и всегда хорошо убранный с хорошим интернетом. Очень рекомендую отель как для коротких, так и для более длительных поездок! Residenza Maiano is small cozy well-decorated hotel in the heart of Florence! I was provided with a spacious well-decorated, well-equipped and clean room there. A small Italian breakfast at one of the best pasticerias in Florence was a pleasant surprise! The staff is friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well. All the sights are a stone's throw from the place. I highly recommend the hotel either for short or long stay in Florence.

Nice weekend

The room was very clean and big, 5 min from Duomo. The only negative comment is that the owner ask us extra money for taxes inspite the fact that taxes were included in the price.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Florence

I stayed 4 nights in December 2018. The location is very central and convenient because it was just two blocks away from the University of Florence where the conference was, one block from the Accademia, and a few blocks from the Dome. Two other conference attendees from different countries stayed at Maiano, and everybody had a great experience there. Check in and check out were very smooth. The staff at Maiano is very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The bedroom was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean, warm, comfortable and safe. Wifi worked fine, as well as the appliances in the room, and there were all the necessary toiletries, tea, cookies, and coffeee. I was provided with the hair-dryer, slippers and travel adapter for the electric outlet. The continental breakfast at the little coffee shop in the next block was very good. I enjoyed my stay at Maiano and will gladly stay there again.

엘리베이터가 있습니다. 직원이 항상 상주하는 건 아니므로 체크인시간 몇 시쯤이라고 한번더 예약확인 메일 보내세요. 테라스 있는 방이라 전망이 좋았어요. 짐 보관 서비스 가능하다고 적혀있었으나 직원이 항시 상주하는 게 아니라 체크인시 직원한테 꼭 물어보세요. 조식 있는 걸로 신청했는데 대성당 근처 카페에서 커피+빵 이렇게 줍니다. 왠만한 데는 도보로 다 이동이 가능했구요. 바로 밑에는 서브웨이가, 옆 건물에는 맥도날드, 5분거리에 마트도 있어요.

Não há estacionamento! Zona de tráfico proibido!

Localização é muito boa, o quarto é espaçoso mas barulhentissimo! A Wi-Fi é péssima, não pegava direito só se ficássemos na porta do quarto. O refrigerador não gelalava e não existia comodidades como: talheres, saca-rolha. Mas o que achei mais grave foi a falta de informação quanto ao estacionamento. O hotel fica em uma área que o tráfego é proibido (não há informação qto a isso) e o simples fato de vc ingressar na área vc já toma multa. A ressalva seria se a hospedagem avisasse à polícia (eles não fazem isso) ou que vc estacione em um local dentro dessa zona (que obviamente é mil vezes mais caro). Eu solicitei na reserva disponibilização de estacionamento e eles disseram que tinham, mas na verdade eles indicam um desses estacionamentos pagos nessa área, que ficamos refem pq é a única forma de estarmos no centro sem ser multados. Se tivessem nos informado antes, estacionaríamos fora e pegaríamos um transporte até lá. Foram 100 euros de estacionamento! Um absurdo! Se o hotel estiver muito barato talvez compense mas dê prioridade a outros com mais infra-estrutura.

Zentrales Hotel nah an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten

Wir waren für drei Nächte in Florenz und wollten alles zu Fuß anschauen. Von diesem Hotel aus erreicht man alles in wenigen Gehminuten (Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Galleria dell Accademia, Uffizien, Dom usw.)
