Un cadre magnifique avec vue sur la basilique di Santa Croce, une chambre décorée avec goût, très confortable, tout comme la grande salle de bain. Un accueil excellent, et un personnel très agréable. Adorable Boutique Hotel

The hotel was very nice, modern and clean. The staff was very lovely and accommodating and very easy to communicate with/get a hold of. The only thing to note is that the reception/check in area is not always open. They close in the middle of the day and at night which can make check in/check out tricky. I would stay again!

Elegant hotel

The boutique hotel is in a beautifully renovated classic building. We stayed in the deluxe suite which was quite spacious and modern but with some antique character. We reserved the private spa which has a jacuzzi for 2 people and a steam room which was a nice treat. Location is great, walking distance to everything. We frequented a cute cafe close-by on the Arno river called "Riverno" which is great for a cake or an iced coffee in the morning.
