This place is somewhat ‘shabby’ and not what I expected from the photo of the lobby on its website. We stayed there because of the proximity to the airport. Maybe I missed it but there’s no free shuttle to/from the airport. The place is also noisy and the breakfast was ‘meh’ at best.The only positive is that the bed was comfortable. Would not stay there again.

Nice staff and location of hotel is very convenient to airport. Nice breakfast. As soon as you come into hotel though there is a pungent smell that is also noticeable in rooms. Once we were at the airport the next morning, I noticed bed bug bites ( three bites in a row on my arm).

Very friendly / helpful staff especially the head guy in the restaurant ( and if he’s not in charge he should be ! ) only thing I might have added was a toaster other than that great food !. Rooms were clean with plenty of storage space ,great hot shower too

Great Hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I don't like was the smoking spot in front of the hotel but I guess it is Italy thing. Will definitely stay here again.

The employees were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond for us which was very appreciated but the facility is in very poor condition and was not a very unpleasant experience. The bed was very hard and made me wonder if it was even a mattress. The sheets were very clean feeling but the carpet was very stained and the quality of the towels was very poor. It is a noisy area and you could hear everything between the walls. Maintenance is needed to meet industry standards.
