"BEWARE ...First week in November, we booked this Condo for the weekend of 12/5-12/7. The reservation was confirmed and paid in full. There were multiple updates and check-in information/ codes up until 400pm on 12/4. Then on 12/4 523pm I got a call, and the owners decided they were going to stay in the condo that weekend, so our reservations were being canceled. Again, we were leaving the next morning at 800am. We were all packed and ready to go. How do you treat people like this? Esp when the the contract is signed and confirmed. I would not trust this rental ever, just in case the owner makes a last-minute decision to stay. Just remember, I had paid in full, and the rental contract was signed and approved. "
