"We absolutely loved this property. The views are breathtaking. The fall folliage was magical and the location was perfect for our needs. The only hitch we had was our GPS took us up the road where construction had closed it. We didnt know there was an easy access road that wasn't showing on our map. We did manage to ask someone who guided us to the property. It was worth it. We loved staying here"

"A wonderfull and efficiënt check-in. We were allowed to have an early check-in as the room was cleaned allready. A small, 9-appartement chalet, great location in front of ski-bus. No ski-out but somewhat a ski-in. Lifts are 3 stops. The rooms are clean and cosy, though not that big. The building is somehow noisy as the upper floor neighbours could be heard walking. "Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
