The room was nice for the most part, bed a little hard. Staff was great no complaints there The restaurant for breakfast was great, however the dinner menu no go at all. My aunt used to own the hotel and the restaurant was a 100% better than now.

For the price point, it is an excellent room. All the necessities, and a covered pool and spa. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Made to order breakfasts off a menu! Water pressure was phenomenal and excellent showerhead.

The guy at the front desk was not very helpful with regards to someplace to eat other than the Indian restaurant that's attached to the Inn. Why would anyone put an Indian restaurant in Filmore Utah is beyond me. The room itself was adequate. Would not get a room here again. We did find a very good pizza place down the road. Only thing good about our stay. Below par for a Best Western.

We stayed at this hotel a year ago and we could tell it was under new management right from the beginning. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and you actually get a hot breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

Toilet ran on all night. Continental breakfast was unusable. Had to order from waiter who was nowhere to be found. When you found him he was terribly rude. I would have rated this hotel as a negative star hotel but this option wasn’t available. Stay away as it is disgusting.
