Great little house.

Great house to stay in. Beds were comfy and everyone slept well. Really well equipped for all your needs. Key collect worked well. Bit of a faff not being able to park but the station carpark is only a few minutes walk. Super close to the beach although it's a steep walk back up the hill. Overall we enjoyed our stay but couldn't get a walk in table to any pub so book ahead!

Great location and very comfortable

This was our third trip here so we obviously do like it as suits our family set up and bedrooms are lovely and bathrooms. The kitchen is small but adequate. The outside area is not great which lets it down but the space indoors makes up for that. I do wish you could check in and out an hour earlier /later either side as 1000 checkout for Sunday is very early .

This property was one of the nicest I have stayed at in Filey, there was 5 of us and plenty of room. It has everything you can possibly need. The only negative is the late check in and early check out, unfortunately seems standard since Covid. Having the beds to strip, bins to empty before leaving is a lot to get done before 10am.
