Schöne Villa oberhalb von Florenz

Eine wunderschöne alte Villa, ein gutes, großes Zimmer, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereites Menschen, ein gutes Frühstück, ein traumhafter Blick auf Florenz. Nur die sehr befahrene Straße stört bis in die Nacht. Für kurze Zeit absolut ok. Für länger einfach zu laut.

Pleasant acommodation

Villa Miralunga B&B offered a pleasant acommodation in a beautiful, old house with hospitable and service minded hosts. Spacious and very clean room ensuite, and a breakfast room with a beautiful view. Miralunga is situated along a small but busy road between two villages about 25 minutes by bus from Florence.

Ideal blend of Tuscan hills and Florentine charm

Far better than staying in Florence, instead choose this delightful B&B in lovely Fiesole, an easy bus ride from the heart of Florence. You'll find yourself perched on a hilltop with an unbelievable view of the heart of old Florence and conveniently far away from the traffic, noise and dust of the city itself. Btw, families should get the "Family card" bus pass, which allows up to 4 traveling together unlimited bus travel (like a mini Eurail); buy these at the train station (Ferrovia). No description of Villa Miralunga would be complete without a mention of our hostess: Isabella is an ideal B&B owner. She's friendly, helpful, selfless and makes one feel very much at home. She gives the sense that she's ready to do anything to make your stay a pleasant one. We chose to dine up the hill (at the end of the bus line) in the village of Fiesole itself, rather than down in Florence. We recommend "Terrace 45" (the steak Florentine is to die for!) and Vinandro (no view, but a great authentically Tuscan experience).

Great B&B

Really helpful and friendly lady in charge (Isabella). The B&B is nicely located -- only a twenty minute ride to Central Florence on a local bus with good frequency and ten minutes walk (uphill, but strangely and thankfully downhill on the return) to the village of Fiesole.

Bienvenue au paradis

Accueil parfait. Bel établissement, charme, élégance, bon goût.. Le tout dans la plus grande simplicité. La chambre est juste comme il faut. Reposante, simple, confortable, agréable. Pas de design, gadgets et accueil surfait ici. C'est plus cher et c'est ailleurs. La route qui borde l'établissement ? Aucun problème, l'insonorisation est performante. Le parking gratuit à 100 mètres, le bus qui vous conduit dans le centre de Florence en 15 minutes.. Ne cherchez plus.. La plus belle vue sur Florence est ici.. Vous pourrez, de plus, profiter de l'air frais et reposant de Fiesole après votre journée de marche dans Florence ainsi que de restaurants avec vues sur le Duomo.. Isabella et sa maman (passeporto) sont d'une gentillesse inouïe. L'établissement est parfait pour partir à la conquête de Florence, Sienne, Pise, la campagne Toscane.. PS : J'ai passé des centaines de nuits dans des établissements hôteliers durant ma carrière (toutes catégories confondues) et, croyez-moi, Villa Miralunga est vraiment bien. Elégant, simple, confortable. For Isabella : Thanks you for everything. Thank for the present for Valence. See you soon.

Vacanza molto interessante y rilassante !

Siamo stati 3 giorni in questo B&B al piano terra della villa Miralunga bella e con una vista incantevole sulla città di Firenze. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia della camera bagno compreso, della cucina e del giardino all' entrata. Ottima la colazione. Ci ha colpito soprattutto la cordialità e la disponibilità a tutte le ore dei proprietari.

Loved it מומלץ!

Isabella is absolutely wonderful host. She played with our kids, let us park in the inside garden and went ober the top to fill our every need, always with a smile. Lovely family. Breakfast was diverse, fresh & overall very satisfying. Room was specious enough. Looks exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend the place. Great B&B.
