Hej Expedia. Vi er en familie på 2 voksne og et barn, der er på ferie i Tyrkiet. Vi har booket et hotel igennem jer,for en overnatning på: our place hotel, fethiye. Hotellet lever slet ikke op til de forventninger vi havde efter beskrivelsen af hotellet. Der var ikke noget af det der var beskrevet,der var beskrevet mini bar,og gratis vand. Der var ingen dyner,kun nogle tæpper som lå inde i skabet og var fyldt med puds fra væggene. Pudset fra væggene faldt ned på gulvet og lå over det hele. Der lå gammelt affald i skuffer og tomme vandflasker under sengene. Bruseren stod og dryppede hele natten,og pludselig i nat tændte den fordi den sad så løs. Svømmingpoolen var grumset og fyldt med alger. Der var morgenmad med i opholdet,men sundheds mæssigt valgte vi at køre der fra da hygiejnen ikke var iorden. Vi kommer desværre ikke til at booke igennem jer igen,da dette er under al kritik. Vi har stort set ikke sovet i nat. Så vi føler vores penge er smidt ud af vinduet. Hilsen Simone og Hans

Odaya girdiğimizde aşırı bir rutubet kokusuyla karşılaştık.Klimayı çalıştırdık klimadan kötü kokular gelmeye başladı. Odanın duvarları ve tuvaletin tavanı rutubetten dökülmüş. Banyo/tuvalet havalandırması yok baca boşluğuna poşet sıkıştırılmış. Duşakabin kapısı kırık olduğundan her yer ıslanıyordu. Kahvaltı için beklentinizi yüksek tutmayın. Personelin iletişimi iyi değildi. Odanın temizliği kaldığımız 3 gün boyunca yapılmadı. Tek iyi tarafı konumuydu.

Take note on bad smell room

Some confusement when check in using prepaid in hotel.com, but finally they mange to get a last room for us. Room not that nice but acceptable. But who knows there is very bad smell in the morning and woke us up, it's too smelly so that we immediately check out without washing our face. No common bathroom or washing basin at downstairs so that we have to use own drinking water for face wash in car.

I don’t know how people rate good for this hotel! No one speak English except one Nigerian staff. No WiFi at all. We just spending here such as in prison. Breakfast not good at all. We need to pay extra for another person 😒 ... they don’t clean the room daily . never will come back!

Nice hotel but neglected

Hotel in the middle of Hisaronu, close to everything. Our room had nice balcony with pool view. Very nice clean pool. The hotel seems neglected, no life, music, entertainment like the surrounding hotels, beautiful garden with sitting area but no service. In our stay we did not see foreigners, all clients were Turkish. Breakfast was very basic but its like most hotels in the area.
