The pool area was quiet, no loud music. Very relaxing. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms very clean, bathrooms are clean. In fact this is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Very well maintained. The grounds of the hotel nake it look like you are in a country park. Well taken care of.

Nice settings between Hisarono & ouledenzi need taxi to reach ouledenzi but hisarono walkable in 25 mins nice pool and apartments but food could be a bit better also good enter most nights

Amazing

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful surroundings. Bedroom soacious and spotlessly clean. Food very good. Good choice. Something for everyone. Excellent value for money. Only downside is that some rooms are up a steep hill.

Rooms need improvement. Road access is very difficult and specially at night. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food variety is good. Receptionist has limited authority to take decisions. Good entertainment. Location of hotel is very nice.

Orman içerisinde olmasına rağmen çok çok temiz bir otel. Otelin tüm calisanlari güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. İmkanlar oldukça yeterli. Kahvaltı, öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde seçenekler çok çeşitli ve yemekler lezzetli. Yine ara öğünlerde sunulan ikram çeşitleri yeterli. Otel kafa dinlemek ve gerçekten dinlenme tatili yapmak için mükemmel bir seçim. Tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkürler.

Lovely hotel

Fantastic hotel, top of hill with fantastic views, free shuttle bus to the beach. Excellent food, nice swimming pools, evening entertainment, friendly staff.

The resort was beautiful. The only reason this property didn’t get an excellent is because of their guest policy. When I booked I called ahead and asked if guests are allowed. I was told yes, but that they would not be able to purchase food. Which was odd but fine. When I had my guest come she was treated very badly and not allowed to come past the lobby. The manager on duty was extremely rude, and in fact didn’t even allow her to purchase water. I flew all the way from Pasadena, CA to spend time with my friend and was not able to at the resort where I was paying. This was a huge disappointment. Especially since I called in advance to confirm their guest policy, and listed her as a guest on my registration form when I arrived.

Восхитительно!!!

Отель находится в горах, чистый воздух, нет шума. Вся территория утопает в цветах. Номерной фонд в отличном состоянии, всё хорошо работает, уютные номера. Питание - это отдельная тема, всё безумно вкусно, большое разнообразие блюд на любой вкус. Сервис тоже на высоте. Ребята в ресторане работают слаженно, быстро, у вас не будет стоять на столе грязная посуда, она убирается мгновенно. У меня не было ни одного негативного момента. Отдельная благодарность русскоговорящей девушке на стойке регистрации Лилиане. Этот отель заслуживает десятки с плюсом!

Otel çok güzel bir alana kurulmuş. Havuzları gayet büyük ve fazlasıyla yeterli. Ölüdenize olan mesafesi arabayla yakın denilebilinir. Odalar son derece temiz. Fakat üç kötü özelliği mevcut: 1-çok fazla arı ve sivrivisinek mevcut bu yüzden rahat bir şekilde havuza giremiyor yemek yiyemiyorsunuz. 2-çalışan sayısı çok az yemek alımlarında problem ve yoğunluk yaşanıyor. 3- odalar çok eski. Kesinlikle yenilenmesi gerekiyor

The all-inclusive meals were almost the same every time, the drinks included was 90’s and made purely from local spirits. Only a few of the staff spoke English, and it was impossible to get even the smallest things like cucumber instead of lemon in a drink. The bars were poorly staffed and closed before time. Without my Turkish boyfriend I would not have managed at this hotel.
