Overall it was a great experience in quiet atmosphere. Hotel has very friendly staff, well organized with a huge dining space made in Turkish style. Separated houses available for accommodation or could be picked up just suits. Reception is available 24/7. All around of hotel are mountains with hiking option for travelers. Visit to Oludeniz is recommended for many kind of adventures as well. Regards from the U.S. traveler.

Great chill out place for a great price

Lovely hotel to relax and just chill by the amazing pool. Not far from the charming village of Kayakoy which is easily walkable. There was a slight problem at check in as room was not ready due to cleaner shortages however this was remedied by a free beer!! We stayed in an attic room for £50 a night, they are adequate and what you would expect for that money - dont expect exquisite splendour here and you will not be disappointed. Hotel restaurant was good and very reasonable, breakfast was ok, typical Turkish dishes which felt like they were all pre prepared but quality good and big portion sizes. Would we go back? yes we would if we were passing its great for a chill and not do much of anything apart from lie by the pool and eat. Whilst the hotel was fully booked when we went there it never felt overly busy anywhere either in the pool or restaurant

CONS: Extremely dirty conditions (mold, dirty bedsheets, dirty sink, toilet, bathtub, floors, etc.) The service was extremely poor, we waited over an hour just to be served breakfast, and on top of that the food was extremely bland and cold. There is really bad light fixtures in the room, you need to turn on the flashlight on your phone to use the bathroom even if the light is turned on because they really did not want to spend money on the electricity bill. There was hair and stains all over the bedroom. The staff are not cooperative, and cut you off before you can finish your sentence. The wifi is extremely bad The pictures are very deceiving. I tried to stay in the room for as little as possible because of how disgusting it felt to be in there. I would not recommend unless you’re someone who doesn’t mind having the previous guests’ poop stains in the toilet. Pros: Very large property and large rooms. The area around the property is very safe and is quite beautiful. Air conditioning is good.

It was nestled in a town surrounded by mountains/hills. The view was calming. The pools were well kept, clean, and refreshing from the heat of the day. The rooms were comfortable but could have more seating as opposed to sitting on your bed, but every room had a balcony which was nice. I would recommend this property but you will need to have a car as it is a 15 min. drive to Oludeniz or Fethiye. Their are restaurants and little market stores within walking distance.

Lokasyon olarak sessiz ve sakinliği güzel.. Çocuklu aile ve balayı çiftleri için güzel tercih olur. Bar ve restoranı güzel.. Fiyatlar makul.. Çevre temizligi iyi, oda temizliginde biraz daha özen gösterilirse müthiş olur. Odaya girmeden yerlerin tekrar viladayla temizlenmesini istedim, anında temizlendi. Kayaköyün merkezinde bulunan bir otel. Konumu ve otelin alanı çok güzel ama işletme berbat. Bu kadar olanaklı bir otelin bu denli kötü işletilmesi bizi üzdü. Kahvaltı vasat. Kocaman bir salonda küçücük bir alanda kahvaltı servisi var. Odalar konusunda, banyo oldukça kötüydü. Banyo yüz havlusundan saç çıktı. Gerçekten zorunluluktan geçirilmiş bir konaklamaydı. Umarım işletme sahipleri bu noktalara dikkat eder.

Ben bu otelden hiç memnun kalmadım uygun fiyatlı diye tercih etmiştik ama aynı fiyata çok daha konforlu ve temiz yerler bulabilirmişiz kesnlikle pişmanım tekrar asla gitmem. Öncelikle bina koridorlar toz içindeydi gerçekten zor nefes aldım. Odanın içi de temizlik açısından çok kötü durumdaydı. Ayrıca odalarda konfor adına hiçbir şey beklemeyin yataklar aşırı rahatsız, odalara günlük temizlik yapılmıyor, günlük su bile bırakılmıyor. Hatta ben bir gün vücudumda garip ısırıklarla uyandım gelip yatağa bakacaklarını söylediler onun için bile odaya gelen olmamış bırakın günlük temizliği. Gerçekten peşin ödeme şartı olmasaydı hayatta ikinci gün kalacağım bir otel değildi bence farklı alternatifleri değerlendirin

Atmosfer, konum, güleryüz var ama hizmet zayıf.

Otelin konumu, atmosferi güzel, yeşil, vadide ama çok temel hizmete yönelik kaslar otelde zayıf. Başka konular da var geliştirilmesi için yazmak isterdim ama yer yok. Hizmet: Kahvaltı serpme kahvaltı şeklinde servis ediliyor ama çok geç geldi. 8 gibi gidince kahvaltı daha erken geldi ama tatildeyiz biraz uyuyalım, 9:30 gibi gidince 40 dakika bekledik. Kalabalık değildi sadece 3 masa servis bekliyordu. Neden geç getirildiğini anlamadım. Biz şöyle bir sistem yaptık; ben erken gidip kahvaltıyı söylüyordum ve eşim kahvaltıya sonradan geliyordu. Bunu yapmak zorunda kalmak garip. Bence ya sistemsel bir hata var ya da eleman eksikliği var. Serpme kahvaltı bence israfı da arttırıyor, açık büfe olsa bu iki sıkıntı ortadan kalkar. Oda: Biz iki kişilik dağ manzaralı standart odada kaldık. Bence oda çok küçüktü, eşyalarımızın üzerinden atlıyorduk. Balkon var ama çamaşır teli olmaması büyük sıkıntı, denize gidiyoruz, terliyoruz eşyaları odada bir yerlere koyuyoruz. İnsanlar da havluları korkuluklara asıyorlardı. Oda küçük ama dışarıda restoran ve havuz dışında oturacak yer olsa güzel olurdu. Oda 3. Kattaydı. Ve asansör yoktu. Olmayabilir belirtilmeli ve en azından yardım teklif edilebilirdi. 2 koca bavulu taşıdım. Yine taşırdım ama teklif edilmeli. Klima konumu yatağın karşısındaydı. Direkt olarak hava yüzüme vuruyordu. Belirttim. Ve duruma karşı hiçbir pratik çözüm sunulmadı. Başka oda bakalım size dönelim dendi ama dönülmedi. Yatağı odada tek başıma kenara çektim.

Resepsiyonda çok güzel karşılandık, hem çalışanlar hem de otel müdürü çok iyi davrandılar. Maalesef Hotel köyün içinde, çok sessiz ve Fethiye merkeze yaklaşık 20 - 30 dakika uzaklıkta. Ne yazık ki odada internet bağlantımız yoktu, teknisyenin çabalarına rağmen duş tıkanmıştı. Biz 3cü evde (2ci. katta) kaldık. Otel asansörsüzdür. Akşam yemeği ve kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi.
