Recent stay

Very relaxing, beautiful accommodation and surroundings. We did book a standard room but upgraded to a deluxe room as it didn't suit our needs. It was off the main hotel site and up the stairs. Deluxe room was comfortable and lovely with a large balcony. Staff were superb. Nothing was too much to ask.

The hotel is amazing , from staff to staff service, they cant do enough for you from being helpful friendly and always at hand when ure glass is empty to top it up , the entertainment team are fun, always friendly , its very clean, and the food is amazing,

Nice stay

This is a very nice hotel. The employees want to make you happy and confortable. Huge thanks to the chefs at the buffet who made extra effort to offer me vegan meals during my stay. We enjoy the pool and the beach. My main problem however was the cigarette smoke. It seems that people smoke anywhere, anytime without any respect for the people around.

The food options are fantastic really good selection 3 times a day plus a burger bar option by the pool ,the staff are very helpful and friendly and the public areas like the pool toilets and the bar areas are kept spotless and the staff round the pool are very efficient with the supply of drinks the entertainment staff are really engaging and try and get you involved in the daily activities darts, boccia, water volleyball table tennis and killer pool the only down side for me was the gym which is in need of an update one bike one runner would be enough a good rack of dumb bells and a mini rig would create more space and floor area rather than cramming the room with machines , the rooms are cleaned top to bottom every day and the cleaning staff work really hard overall we had a really nice time i recommend the Baladag cable car and the blue lagoon both spectacular we are even considering coming next year already.

Enjoyed our stay but the Bar needs improved.

I’ve got to say the weather was awful on the day and night we stayed so there was some limits on what was available. Even so we were given very little information on what was available to us in the way of bars, restaurants, sauna etc. other than a very limited fact sheet. The only bar that seemed to be available was the pool bar and it wasn’t the most comfortable. The choice of cocktails was limited and a bit the same, e.g. vodka, peach snaps etc. and all the time we were there we never saw a single cocktail shaker meaning the quality of the cocktails was quite poor and bit thrown together. Plus if I wanted a cocktail that was not on the menu I had to pay around £8-10 which I don’t understand as they would usually be using most of the same ingredients used in the “free” cocktails. I appreciate that there should be a charge for “off menu” cocktails but surely it should be a small charge of £2-4. You’d probably find you would sell a lot more if you did. The restaurant was very good with plenty of choice and good quality though the restaurant itself has a canteen feel about it. We upgraded to a Deluxe Double bedroom and the room was more than nice enough but a bit small and we didn’t feel particularly “upgraded”. Overall we had a very good experience but for a 5 star hotel the bar lacked star quality.

In such a busy place they have a large gated parking lot - huge win! Lots of food options (especially for picky kids). Great views from the restaurant and attentive staff. Only downfall is that the drinks aren’t actually all inclusive. There is a very small poor list of cocktails and anything else is extra, so all the main cocktails people order arent included, ex. aperol spritz, mohito, margarita, daiquiri, mimosa, etc. Thus, all inclusive wasnt worth it to us.

Great location, value for money

All inclusive concept is quite nice, there were all meals including small tea snacks, ice cream service, mid night snacks etc. Resort is at a great location, opening up directly at the beach (public beach). They organised different events each night like Turkish dance night, belly dancing. Good service and hospitable staff.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights from 14th to 18th in this excellent Beach Resort which was all inclusive. All the staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets (hot and cold) were excellent and the desserts were outstanding. Lovely selection of salads and fresh fruit each day The evening entertainment was very enjoyable too. Thank you Belcekiz Beach Resort for making our stay so relaxing and pleasant..

Very gracious and helpful staff.Food quality at every meal was of a high standard,with many healthy options. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was intermittent,but unsure if that's the fault of the hotel or the town,surrounded by mountains and sea. Gym was tiny,with just one old,poorly maintained strength machine,and weights. Sadly,no soy or almond milk available for cappuccinos or cereal. Hotel is very well priced.Excellent value.

For a Supposed 5 Star Hotel,found Rooms to be dated…needing a revamp.Minibar only filled with Water.No Alcohol or soft drinks(Fanta/Coke/Lemonade).And had to pay extra to use Safe in room…Also,had to fight to get Sunbed round the pool…people queuing at 7.30 to get best spot in sun as to many trees covering Pool area. Not really 5 Star expectation
