Always with a smile, the very best of true Italian hospitality. Due to unforeseen health issues my sister could not travel with me, so they make a discount taking that into consideration. Highly appreciatted! Stayed 4 days in Ferrara, love the city during Palio and Spring festivities. Local taste, mostly Italian tourist. Would come back for sure! Ci vediamo, grazie a leí!!!"

"Breakfast was excellent. Great variety buffet style so you can serve yourself. The staff were friendly. The only disappointment was the initial room we were given had no air-conditioning and it was 28°C outside and 35 Celsius in the room! Fortunately, we were moved to a different room after reporting the broken AC. Hotel should not be renting rooms in this temperature without air conditioner."

"I really enjoyed my stay at downtown ! The room was very spacious and bright . The room was very clean with lots of amenities, including tv, kettle and microwave . Breakfast , coffe and tea refilled every morning . The host , Marco has been amazing, friendly and always available . I really recommend Downtown Ferrara !"
