Great stay!

It was a great experience from the moment I checked in. Very accommodating staff and concierge. Everything was accounted for and very easy as a guest. The free breakfast and tea time was a bonus. The property is beautiful, well-maintained and quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking to unplug on a beautiful island for a few days!

Amazing Hotel & Even More Amazing Staff!

My partner and I spent 4 nights here and it was amazing. The room was clean and the breakfast and afternoon tea was delicious. The staff was super nice but one staff member Gabriel went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us with whatever we needed. One late night we could not find a good place to eat and we texted Gabriel and she came to our rescue and suggested a nice pizza place that did late night delivery. This hotel is extremely lucky to have someone like Gabriel as a staff member. Thank you Gabriel and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Si and Dirceu

Inicialmente fiquei no apartamento luxo , pequeno , pouco ventilado e com cheiro de mofo. Reclamei , fui informado que a Pousada estava lotada e somente apos 4 dias fui transferido para uma suite de luxo em melhores condições

Recentemente, me hospedei na Pousada Lua Bela, em Fernando de Noronha, no bangalô 15. A localização é excelente, próxima à Vila dos Remédios e praias como Cachorro e Conceição. O atendimento foi, em geral, atencioso, e o ambiente é tranquilo e relaxante. A área comum, com piscina e jardins bem cuidados, cria um clima aconchegante. O café da manhã é variado e saboroso, e o chuveiro do bangalô foi ótimo, assim como as amenities, que agregam ao conforto. No entanto, tive alguns problemas. As taças de vinho usadas na noite anterior não foram substituídas, e ao solicitar novas, fui informado que seria feito em "caráter de exceção". Além disso, precisei devolver o saca-rolhas imediatamente, pois deveria ser trancado. Outro inconveniente foi a política rígida em relação às toalhas. Ao pedir mais toalhas para a piscina, fui informado que já havia utilizado minha "cota diária", sem opção de extras, nem com custo adicional. A pousada é boa, mas acredito que mais flexibilidade no serviço melhoraria a experiência.

Vista espetacular, ótima localização

Incrível, staff super atencioso, localização perfeita, quarto confortável e com uma vista linda. Oferece café da manhã e chá da tarde, além de Transfer in e out para o aeroporto. Como sugestão deveriam incluir mais variedades no café e no chá para quem tem restrições alimentares. Não tem nada diet, nem sem lactose, nem sem glúten, nem vegano.
