If reservation is made with hotels.com or similar you have to call and go through another check in process online which makes it very inconvenient after long flight. Additionally the place is filthy!!! as I walked in I encountered roaches, the linen on the bed is only a sheet and another to cover yourself and they are super dirty. The furniture you don't want to use with stains of food, the towels are dirty, the chairs broke...

"Our flat was very nice and spacious with great view of the city from the balcony. Kitchen had everything what was needed for cooking breakfast and meals.Great bathroom with nice shower with plenty of hot water.Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. However flat could use some updating as the carpet and the sofa was looking old and stained. We also saw couple of cockroaches in the flat but that's kind of normal in the hot country. Overall we had a brilliant stay in Bonaparte hotel. "
