Great looking cation and conveniently located.

Excellent as far as location for my trip. Room was clean, good local shopping, food and convenient to most everything I needed/wanted. The owners are professional and friendly. Will stay there again when I return for a visit.

Cheap

It is the definition of a cheap hotel. Old carpet. Small bathroom. The bath tub drain didn't even work so you could only take a shower. And we did see some sort of bug in the room. The bed was comfortable. There's not much to do in Fayetteville but the reason we came there is for the Jack Daniels Distillery. Which was so much fun. The best restaurant is Honeys. Please go there one morning for breakfast! Amazing staff there.

Very dirty, no coffee pot, beds were lumpy, no vending machine just pop, housekeeper very nice, but the only one on staff, had to wait awhile to get in room.

Comfortable bed, good pillows, great AC.

This is not a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for in most cases. Given these statements, the AC worked great. The bathroom was patched together , but serviceable. The beds had old sheets but looked clean. The lady at the front desk was kind, efficient and gave me a small discount for a larger room and the charge for my dog. I will return.

Good location. Stayed here to be near Lynchburg

Good Cheap hotel near Lynchburg. Pool was not available (Not even any water in it) Wifi did not work.

Fayettville Firecracker Chase 5 K Race

The service was nice and extra pillows were received. At checkout could not get anyone to the desk and had prepaid so just left the key. The room was well-worn and date but clean. It was quiet with a nice bed. Have come to Fayette for a Sports Medicine 5 K run and mostly just need a nice quiet place to get rest before the race.

Needs remodeling

Need a big remodeling. Place was clean. No internet in rooms. Had carpet rowed up outside the door had to step around to get in room. Didn’t stay for breakfast so money spend for room and breakfast would been able to stay at a better hotel. New at using this app. Have to learn to check reviews better

Affordable

The room has everything I needed but pretty dingy feeling and the power tripped out so I wasn’t able to use the outlets on one side of the room including the TV. Shower has good water pressure! You get what you pay for on this one.

Pathetic stay

At the start the man at the desk wasn’t able to find my reservation he then call I’m assuming his daughter, she asked me for my reservation number which I provide, then she said very rudily that was my reservation # not theirs, finally they found me and proceeded to give me a key, the room wasn’t clean completely then I turned on the a/c and was very loud but we were so tired that fell to sleep, in the morning we went for the “continental breakfast” there was only 2 choices of cereal, milk, coffee and some very small pastries individually wrapped, no eggs, bagels, sliced bread, friuit or orange or apple juice, very disappointed

My stay

Theyvpeople were nice and check in was ok but flora in the room was horablewith holes in them cracks in the walls it was a smoking room so I no it was not gonna be the best but there was dirty was cloths left in shower from previous stay there coffee cups in room was dirty they had stuff in the bottoms bedding was clean and nice I would probably stay again if in a different room just for the people alone

cold room, wall heater weak and very noisy.

Checked in one night (Friday) with possible second night needed. I chose it on price only - I chose to stay elsewhere on Saturday night in the same town - Fayetteville, TN. The place is run down in every respect, smelly room, very nosiy heater - slept very little over night.

We didn't stay! The bathroom was dirty! They hadn't even checked the room since the cleaning staff had supposedly quit two weeks prior.

Old facilities with bad handyman repairs.

Broken shower tiles, hand sawed dresser top reduction, cigarette burned tub top and bed spread, uneven floors under the carpet, and dirt cheep amenities are the norm, topped by a disassembled swimming pool with parts laying around the patio. The place needs to be dozed.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms smelled , and was not clean . Very outdated. After we checked in , and we realized what a dump this was, they refused to refund our money.

In room 247, the toilet was broke and didn't flush, the room was dirty, the sheets were stained with possible blood stains. There were roaches. The tub was stained and sticky. Some of the lamps didn't work. The room 248, we had problems with the outside locks
