Decent stay for the price. Very convenient and easy to access. Cons: no coffee maker in room, floor noticably dirty, no stopper for tub Pros: very spacious, nice TV with plenty of channels, comfortable beds, very hot water Easily corrected: not enough towels, slight smell of stale alcohol/cigarette smoke (subsided very quickly once AC fan turned on), limited breakfast items but waffles very good

Easy to get to and parking was breeze. Location was great - walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was scheduled to be served at 6am and they had everything out earlier which was great!

Dated but clean. My door deadbolt did not lock and half of the fold over door lock was missing, the part that’s supposed to be on the door. Seems quiet so far.

Poorly maintained physical structure. Initial room assigned did not have a locking mechanism. Insufficient bed linen - outside temps below freezing, bedspread nothing more than glorified bedsheet. Lobby upholstery filthy - multiple stains, black tinged, armrests grimy. Paint chipped and drywall damaged throughout facility. Room doorframes splintered. Facility presents as low-budget cash cow for owners with no intention of maintaining and/or upgrading property. Definitely not in keeping with quality standards associated with comparable Quality Inn facilities.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom, specifically the shower, was unacceptable. It is a bad renovation gone wrong. The tub is slanted, unstable, holds water, and has been painted. The bathroom door has been badly painted with patched holes, and does not close. The breakfast in the morning was fine and the staff was attentive when needed. I did let the staff know about the issues in the room. They said that they would let maintence know…. This is a much bigger issue than maintence can easily repair. Avoid room 118.

It was convenient location for what we needed & price and probably as clean as it would get but the breakfast options were limited, staff was on a "smoke/social break" when needed and I had to go outside to get her. We also were glad that we were on the second floor, given the questionable activity. I expected more out of a quality inn.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not a high quality remodel job, but it was nice. The doors to the outside were not locked or shut completely.

The place really was nice. I love that it didnt have carpet in the room nice hard wood floors and clean. First thing I did was look for bed bugs on the sheets and mattress had a terrible experience with hotel like these i.e. Extended Stay "Holiday Inn" roach on the ceiling and roaches greeting me at bathroom. Anyway off topic. I would recommend this place to family and friends. And my next visit I would come to this place again. Clean and quiet and the beds are comfortable just wish they had Double Queen size beds instead of full size they are small. Also if you want cold rooms let the A/C run for a good 2hrs before you really start ferling the cool. They might need to change the filters. It took awhile before our room even felt cool.

Came down to tour Longwood college with my daughter. Got in late, room was not clean, trash in trashcan, dirty towels in bathroom, melted ice in bucket. We did get to switch rooms and it was fine just paint splatter all over floor, and bathroom. They are renovating so be prepared if you stay. Staff is friendly and location is nice

Even though the hotel was fully booked, it was very quiet. There were plenty of parking spaces that were close to the building. What really impressed us was how nice the staff were. They allowed us to check in a little early, instead of making us wait. The room was extremely clean. I have seen 4 star hotels that were dirtier. The building was old and repairs were visually obvious. However, there were plenty of convenient outlets, the fridge was quite large, and the TV had full DirectTV subscription. We had a king bed and it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel. Overall, we would gladly come here again.

Disgusting, dirty

I was appalled at this place. I took pictures to have verification…mold on the outside of every AC unit, massive dumpster in front of hotel near entrance, rust all over the bathtub, husband had to fix the toilet as it wouldn’t flush, patchwork drywall unfinished, holes along baseboards into walls, TP shoved into prep hole of door,ceiling tiles missing in hallway, stains on the bathroom towels. We couldn’t get a refund because we booked through Hotels.com but we sure as heck paid out our hard earned money to book a stay at a different hotel in town. This place was disgusting. Front desk staff was super friendly….only plus to the entire experience.

I will preface this by saying that the staff there are incredible— so helpful, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, the building itself is in dire need of maintenance work and upgrades. We stayed for two nights, and during our stay, we did not have hot water in the shower. I mentioned to the staff, and maintenance addressed it, but it only got hot once after that. Also, the AC unit did not work properly; it would turn on and off sporadically, even when the setting was turned to "continuous" airflow. This led to the unit kicking on all night, then shutting off after about 5 min, and kicking on again at random intervals. We mentioned this to the staff as well, but they may only be able to do so much, as the unit looked quite old. These were our main issues; otherwise, we were pleased with the service, location, and price.
