The only good thing was that the room was clean. The hotel itself is out dated but clean. Some of the staff were friendly and courteous. The morning after our 1st night the toilet clogged, someone came up to unclog it but couldnt so they changed our room. The new room the toilet clogged as well and we were told that 60 people are flushing at the same time and then said we were to use no more than 4 sheets of toliet paper because the toilet paper that is purchased clogs their system. She wasnt apologetic in the least but was gracious enough to leave the plunger in case it happened again. Which we did several times. I've never stay in a hotel where there was no daily room service. We stayed for 4 nights, not once was our bed made and we had to ask for clean towels. When we asked we were told they only had 1 towel on the cart and they were being washed and would bring them up when finished washing and that didnt happen. We were thankful that we asked when we came in for the evening because they were not there when we went into our room. We also had continuous problems getting into our room. The gentleman at the front desk came up and had to change the batteries in the door mechanism. Just 1 thing after another. I booked this room due to the exceptional reviews. I wonder now who actually wrote those reviews as it did not pertain to this hotel. Needless to say we will never set foot in this hotel again and will most likely never stay in another Comfort Inn Suites!
