Great hotel with amazing views. My room as well as the hotel were immaculate. Lovely helpful and efficient staff. The pub located on the lower level was excellent with both staff and the quality of food. I will definitely return and stay again.

This was the cleanest, best run hotel we have ever stayed. We were at Greenbank for six nights. Staff was fun and so helpful. We loved the restaurant, pub and upstairs area. Cannot say enough. Our view overlooking the harbour spectacular. Food excellent as well.

Wonderful location, The Greenbank Hotel offered comfortable accommodation with a superb view we were warmly welcomed and had everything we needed. The food was excellent we enjoyed breakfasts and an evening meal and would happily return.

From our welcome to goodbye, the staff was personable and helpful. Our room was large and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the french doors opening to the balcony where the calm bay reached into the room.

Location and view were excellent. Falmouth itself is great. Rooms do get quite hot. Breakfast average. Poor experience with staff and pub downstairs. Family ignored by staff. Others who arrived well after us ordered and served before we were even given menus. Would not recommend.

Fabulous location overlooking the harbour, not far from the town centre. The room was well-decorated, clean and spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. Loved the spa-like bathroom, local toiletries and the bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a waterside view, and the staff were very accommodating. Parking was initially a problem as there were other events at the hotel, but the reception staff soon found spaces in their garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It was very cozy and safe for a mom and son solo traveling. The rooms are nice sized and the window. To the bay was huge with beautiful views and quite a nice place to people watch on the water. It's very close walking distance into town for shops and food but the working boat on property has delish meals, including Sunday roast.
