"The staff at this location were entirely unhelpful. Lines piled up at the front desk regularly with no attempt to help triage needs or really any acknowledgement of the delay. The elevators were both broken, and our toilet was clogged. Neither issue could be fixed as they told us that maintenance was not on site and could not be reached. The rooms were relatively clean."

"When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!"

The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and supplies and the living spaces were great to just kick back and relax. Our trip went as smoothly as could be and we also head to a nearby marina for a super fun lake day on the water! Loved this stay in beautiful Lakeway, TX. "
