Well run, brand new, and impressive. I spoke with the owners for a bit and they left a very positive impression. Hands dow this was the most impressive Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. I usually stay at the Westin at St Louis and honestly, this place was nicer and they have a surprisingly nice restaurant.

Other than the hotel being under renovation, this hotel stay was very pleasurable. The rooms were immaculate. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely return!

Pleasant Stay

The hotel could use some minor remodeling. The staff was very friendly especially the bartender, Roosevelt. I wish they included free breakfast. The location was very good. It is close to everything.

Staff was very friendly, stay was fine average for a holiday inn until the morning. Room service came in the room at 830am. No reason for that, then in the middle of the shower in the morning the water stopped. Completely stopped no water at all in the shower. Had to get the soap off with a wash cloth in the sink. When I told the front desk they were apoplectic but said since we booked through hotels.com there was nothing they could do to help

We had the suite on 206. The room was super clean and spacious. Plenty of seating. There are 2 chairs with a chase to go with it and a nice couch, 2 tvs, one in each room, a microwave, coffee machine, and a fridge. It is very accommodating and also includes other important features like a work desk and chair. The bathroom is also nice. Plenty of space and have accessible bars in the bathtub/ room to assist. The staff was extremely cordial and informed us of everything from breakfest, to complimentary water, where the recreational facilities are, and the dinning area. Staff also checked in on us to make sure we were happy with our room, a real nice touch. We will be staying here again without a doubt. Thanks :)

I have stayed at this property several times before over thr last couple years because I started working at TJ Maxx Fairview Heights & live about 40 minutes away & there have been several days where I'd be scheduled for turnaround shifts (where I'd be scheduled to close til 9:45pm & would be scheduled to be back by 9:30am for store opening) & staff is always friendly, clean, quiet rooms, microwave & fridge included in rooms, & is a safe area & hotel. It is an older hotel & they recently repainted the exterior of the hotel, & breakfast is not included with your stay; so I'd reccomend bringing your own food unless you don't mind the $13/person dining fee for breakfast & lunch & dinner are served on weekends. This hotel is also within walking distance to the Circle K gas station, Lottawatta Creek restaraunt, TGI Fridays, & the St. Clair Antique Mall & is within a very short driving distance to St. Clair Square Mall. Overall reccomend!
